We have had an ongoing problem with carpenter ants. Also with bees. Both problems have been taken care of and each year for the last 6 or 7 years we get a whole house treatment as well as suspected ant areas in our yard. Mr. Ciotti is very professional and knows the bug business.

Everything went well but the carpenter bees were back after a few months working on a new section by the eves. Then the woodpeckers went after the carpenter bees and that made for some early morning alarms (the ratatattat from the woodpeckers). So I did what anyone would do after trying the exterminator approach, I took away the wooden eves by covering them with aluminum sheathing and painted them the original house trim color. The #@$# bees couldn't penetrate that and went somewhere else. Now no bees, no woodpeckers, and no early morning ratatatats on the house.

They are absolutely awesome. The owner is extremely accessible, nice, and will work with you. Rick knows that I am allergic to bees and he came right over to take care of a nest. One other time he came and there wasn’t a nest and he wasn’t put of about it and was really nice. He is very quick and his communication is great, and will call ahead to let you know when he is coming. You always know what to expect. He also has a 3 month guarantee. He is very accommodating and stands by his work.

It has been absolutely great and we really appreciate them and their ability to take care of any issues. He is very easy to talk to and listens. He will explain everything that he is doing and will show you . It is neat because he explains himself. It takes him about half an hour to and hour depending what needs to be done. He treats the inside and outside of the home.

It has been great. They are competitively priced and responsive. They are very attentive to their customers. The service is quick and they do the whole property and it only takes them about an hour. They are very quick and efficient. I have been using them for 3 years now.

It has been excellent and Rick is great. I have been in real estate for 30 years and I always recommend him. He always comes on time and I don’t have to wait long. If I have any problems he will come back out an respray which is covered under the original agreement.

It turned out fine and I was very pleased. I have used them twice now. I really felt the man was very honest and he came, checked, and didn't see anything. He informed me to call him when I see them, and he came right back when I called him. I would recommend them to others and already have. They were recommended to me form another friend.

Great. 3rd year in a row we have used this service. Never had to have them come back.

Too soon to tell about the wasps yet, but if they make a "home" here, ABC Pest Mgmt will come back out and spray again (at no cost).

Had carpenter bees one year eating on my deck. At that point I called ABC Pest Management and Mr. Ciotti came out and took care of the carpenter bees. He ended up spraying the rest of the outside of the house. From then on I have had him come out every year to spray for me.

They did a good job, and their treatment was effective. We've used the company approximately 5 or 6 times, and we've always been happy with their service. Furthermore, it's always been convenient and timely in regards to scheduling services.

It went well. The company had to return twice because the bees were quite aggressive, and they didn't charge for the additional visits since they guarantee their work. Furthermore, the bees didn't return after the third treatment.
