Description of Work: On the telephone I had asked if they could find the entrance for the critters and I believe I had received a yes response. I personally had eliminated any mice. My main concern was how they got in the premises. I was told they could not do so. And, they could not spray on the outside of the house since cats or dogs may come into contact. A little disappointed in being charged $200 to place bait traps only in the basement.

Description of Work: ABC/Rick Ciotti has come to our home for the past several years to do a wasp prevention service. Several of us in the neighborhood all book with him. He gives us a group rate, is always punctual & courteous, and comes back whenever needed. (The wasps in our neighborhood are ferocious, so by August, there are often problem spots again.) I highly recommend ABC.

Description of Work: Spray for prevention of bees and wasps. We have had many significant infestations (in the past) before we decided to hire this company. One double car and one single car garage, two decks, wood swing set and climber, house eves/overhangs & peaks. |Arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: I got an e-mail reminding me of my service call with details on how to prep the house. I didn't need to be home and paperwork was left for me in the door. I've used Rick in years past and he is very prompt in returning calls and providing service. He is a little more expensive then the larger pest businesses, but I believe he does all of the work himself. I'd rather support the small business owner even if it costs a little extra......you definitely get the personal touch.
