Totally different experience this time. Lack of communication, subpar workmanship, project mismanagement. After 9 weeks we finally told him we wanted to terminate the project. Our deposits amounted to more than the work that was done. Tried to work out a refund of our money with Joel, couldn't agree on an amount. Decided we would accept his number just to be done with the situation, haven't heard from him since. Got a lawyer involved, Joel said he would respond within 14 days, but we haven't heard from him.
