Overall, they’ve done very good work for me.

They quoted me $500 to do some gas leaks, but I had it done elsewhere, for $250. I had my furnaces cleaned and then they told me the furnace will leak, but my other furnace worked for 30 years. I am by myself and elderly, but some people said it was a nice house and I didn’t have that money to spend. I somehow felt they were looking to take advantage of me. They came at first for a water heater and it kept going out. I was then told on the phone, that if I had them, I didn’t have to pay a service call. So I had them one day and it went out again, then the person told me it would cost me $90 to re-heat it. Later, the manager apologized to me and gave me $25 off, because he shouldn’t have done that. I am 70 years old, getting over bronchitis and trying to start my water heater, which is not too cool. The people who repaired in the past were punctual, but those who did the energy audit were not punctual. I will not use them in future.

They were timely and professional. We got package deal, so it was good.

Isaac has consistently good service.

They were very responsive and reasonable. They sent technicians to my home. They were reliable. They were able to get somebody out as soon as possible. I liked them for the fact that they could get somebody out quickly. The technicians that they had sent out, I did remember they were very knowledgeable. They were professional and courteous. They made sure that they did not track goods in the house or anything like that. They did not have to clean up after themselves because they fore cleaned when they came in. In terms of price, I think they were probably reasonable. They were not exorbitant for that type of service. When I need something done, I do not crib about the cost a lot. I would use their services again in the future.

The sales person was not high pressure and seemed interested in what would work best for us. The install crew was right on time and very courteous. They cleaned everything up and finished on time. Great job.

My experiences have varied with the technician, but overall they have been pretty positive. One of the positive things is, that they have been responsive in most cases. For example, when the furnace began whistling after a service call, they came back out & worked to remedy the situation. On the other hand, when a novice technician left & I began to smell gas, I called the company. They said, they would contact the technician. The technician called, but didn't know what to do. I called the company back. Whoever answered the phone spoke to a higher up and he got on the phone & started yelling at me about how I needed to call them immediately, if I smelled gas. When I could get in a word edgewise, I told him I had in fact, called immediately. He then turned his attentions to finding out who had mishandled the call in the first place, but I didn't appreciate the treatment & he wasn't particularly apologetic. That was the worst experience I've had with them by far. Most techs are decent.

Everything from the estimate to the installation was professional. Everything was clearly explained. The price was solid. The work was excellent. A clean finish. The installer was exceptional. I will recommend Isaac without reservation.

Isaac Heating & AC couldn't get it to work the first time. The installation took two to three weeks. I feel that this job could have been completed in a shorter period of time.
