Answered phone day after Thanksgiving - offered next day service, or when I chose (I chose Monday 10-12. Arrived at 10:20, Very pleasant, did the job quickly, and gave good feedback on tank.

Cleaned out 1000 gallon septic tank.

They were timely and professional throughout the whole process, even a last minute reschedule on my part was no problem.

We called on Sunday July 7th, a holiday weekend and our call was immediately answered. We setup service for the next day, we here told they would come between 10 and 12, but do to problems at a previous call they were late and did not arrive until 5:30 pm. After they identified the problem with the blockage in the pipe, they arranged to come back the next day. They came on time and fixed the problem promptly.

Excellent Job! They always go out of their way to accomodate scheduling, are fair, honest and on target in the estimations of any issues found, as well as a fair market price for any repairs needed.

I love these guys. We used them for 3 different home inspections to check the septic systems and when our pump went in our house we immediately called them. They came out within 2 hours to do an initial inspection, which couldn?t be done until they emptied the septic. They were there same day to do so (and it was a VERY cold January morning). After they discovered the problem, they spent the time to go over what options we had and didn?t push us to choose the more expensive one!! I would defiantly recommend and use them again!

We were experiencing problems and called them to do a cleaning. When the service person arrived he discovered a problem with the tank when doing the cleaning- which led to a discovery of a larger problem. He explained the issues to us clearly and gave us options for the repair. the repair was completed promptly and the price was within the estimated cost. the guys were great, professional and helpful. it's been some time now since that repair, and no problems to report. we call them back to do the routine cleanings- and will continue to use their services.

Very well. We were selling our house while living out of the area, and this Averil Park Septic was very easy to work with remotely. They were able to complete the work very quickly after we contacted them, kept us updated on the work, and sent us a full report on the results. Our problem appeared to be a blockage which was cleared during the inspection process, so we did not need any further services, but would have been willing to hire them to do the additional work if more work had been needed.

We called and they provided an estimate which was in line with others. The gave us a date, and we're done in two days. This was work on a second(vacation) home. They did exactly what was proposed and cleaned up very well, no problems at all.

Even though it was a rainy day and he was delayed arriving, Lee came out, was friendly, helpful and very professional. After he pumped out the tank he inspected the system as best he could -- it's an older country system but he was able to tell we may have to do more work on the field because it's not performing properly. He explained all the various possibilities of whether we should do more work now or later, was informative and never pushy or selling more services, and all in all I was very pleased with the call. I'll definitely use Averill Park again. The owner's wife had called earlier in the day to advise me that a previous job had taken more time and would it be alright if Lee came a bit later. Very professional, super company.

They were absolutely correct about what caused our problems and the condition of both our septic tank and dry well. Our old tank looked like swiss cheese and the dry well was totally plugged up. There were no surprises; they graded the dirt nicely although it was painful to say good bye to the grass that was there. It is a good company to business with. I believe they were honest and efficient and really know their septic systems.

I have used this company for over 8 years, since I got ripped off by another local company. I have always found these people to be very business like, prompt, polite, very proficient, and willing to come at short notice when needed. I highly recommend them.

We think they are great. We might use them again this year.

I believe this is the 3rd time I have used them within 9 years. I was very happy with the service they performed. The gentlemen that came was very professional and helpful and did all the work himself. He had to dig for the top of the tank, and did so without any complaint.

Dave told us exactly what would happen before starting. There were no surprises :) All workers were friendly and professional. They were focused when doing the job. We will use them for the periodic cleaniing for the tank.

They did a good job. They were prompt and professional. The quote that they gave me to fix the problem was almost double what another company gave me.

I've used them before. Always have had good experience. This time, they were very responsive...same morning I called. Jarod and the pump truck arrived and did quick work of the septic tank. He finished and called the repair truck with Lee and Dave; who again were very prompt and professional. They arrived at noon and were done within an hour. They were very careful going in and out of the house. I hope I don't need them again real soon, but no doubt I'll call them. It's great to meet people that do their job well.

Scheduled us for the end of the day in the middle of the afternoon Sunday after I could not get anyone else to come on a Sunday. Showed up within a minutes of when he estimated and did a thorough job of pumping, flushing and angle pumping using lights. He then did some quick diagnosis of the real problem of not leaching out of exit pipe quick enough and arranged for a follow up appointment to uncover junction box. Got a follow up call and appointment set up next day, nice family business, very friendly.

We had clear signs of a full septic tank and backup...on a Friday of all days..... I contacted a different company we had used in the past but they couldn't commit to coming until Monday. I then called Averill Park Septic Service, described the problem and they came the next day- Sat, and did the septic tank pump out. They discovered the exit pipe and U-trap were clogged as well and came back at the end of the same day -Sat- and hydrojet cleaned the pipe and trap which completely corrected the problem. They clearly understood I didn't want to go thru the weekend without a serviceable septic system! Professional, responsive and considerate. Absolutely recommend them100%.

When they would call to talk to me about the problems, they sent me video pictures, so I would understand what they were talking about. They were outstanding and very professional. I will use this company again in the future.
