Scammed 82 year old seniors out of $750 when they didn’t provide service. What a shame! Do not use this company!!

Job was not as simple as I expected . Scum layer was very thick because maintenance had not been done for a long time. Also, the tank has two chimneys, one with the cover at surface level. I had told the office on the set-up call that no digging would be necessary. However, the serviceman found that at the easy-access chimney, very hard scum prevented the pumping of the liquid there. I had started digging down to the second chimney with the cover below surface level, but did not finish before. The serviceman finished digging down to the cover w/o charging extra. He finished the job very efficiently. Also used a discount that lowered the price below $200. And he came in a super clean red truck!

Averill Park Septic was recommended to me by a neighbor. The service tech Brian was on time, professional yet friendly and kept me informed about what he was doing. Our tank hadn't been pumped in several years. I asked him to pump the tank even though he had advised me it was not the problem. On his own initiative and after checking with me, he suctioned the drain pipe and dislodged a huge chunk of something that was blocking the pipe. Problem solved very efficiently, neatly and we are back to normal. I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to help me that day. Cassie in the office was friendly and professional also. Called on a Saturday (Halloween, no less), and phone was answered by a person who took our info and promised a call back within 1/2 hour. Return call was much sooner and stated they'd be able to help us out in an hour. The individual who was sent was right on time, very professional, helpful and intuitive. We'd definitely use their services again.

I left a message on Christmas Day through the Angie's List Message System asking for a call back the next morning. The provider called me by 8:15 the next morning and dispatched a truck by noon that day. My septic tank was pumped out and the covers replace for what I though was a reasonable price. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Averil Park Septic Service.

The technician was great. He immediately found the tank and cleaned it in minutes. He then called me over to show me what he was looking for in the inspection and explained how things worked and what to watch for. I am extremely happy with their service and knowledge. They are extremely helpful and I will be using for all my septic needs.

I was not there for the septic inspection. they tested the system and we were told the tank needed to be replaced. Their estimate came in $1000 higher than the company we contracted ti do the work.

They were very competent and willing to work with me. They seemed to be very thorough and conscientious. They were expensive, but they worth it.

this was a big job that took many days. The location of the system required driving dumb trucks and a back hoe across my yard and down a hill. They did a great job confining the lawn damage to a small area and restored disrupted areas . They cleaned up well after themselves. They did what they said they would at the price we agreed upon prior to the start of the job. The system is working well. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but they did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it and were pleasant to work with.

These guys are great -- always on time, reasonable and nice people. They have to dig to find our tanks and they always leave the yard looking like it did before they came. A pleasure to work with. Thanks!

The inspector showed up right on time, answered all of my very numerous beginner questions, was extremely polite and professional. If/When we purchase the home, I have no doubt what-so-ever that I'll use them for all of my septic service needs.

Tree stump removal and ground clearing and installed new lawn in same area. Removed 12 large tree stumps and about 30 small tree and brush stumps. The area was approx. 75' X 25'. Everything went very well, very professional.

Dug up and pumped out the septic and inspected it as part of inspections of a home under contract.

Excellent company, very helpful and friendly people, I may have them come back for some more work, mostly a money issue at the end of the year. Julie in the office is always very helpful, and Jared squeezing us into his schedule was much appreciated, and he did the job, offered advice on how to help restore the drainfield, and I will use Averill whenever I have a septic job. I called another company which wanted $295 for pumping out a 1000 tank. Averill starts out at $220, and their service is great. Always makes you feel better when you have to spend money on the house to work with super people.
