"I understand at first glance it appeared to you that our price was too high in comparison to another company. I can assure you that our quote was based on the installation of materials as specified by the septic plans. In addition, the quality of work we provide and our generations of experience in all aspects of the business ensures that the job will be done right the first time. While I do not wish this on you, prior instances where the customer has gone with a much lower price have resulted in the need for repair or replacement shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, these customers have then expressed to us that the bitterness of poor quality long outlasts the sweet appeal of a "great deal". Again, I hope this is not the case for you, but once the work is completed if your feelings have changed, a revision to your grade on our price would be much appreciated. Thank you for your review!"
This time, they were very responsive...same morning I called. Jarod and the pump truck arrived and did quick work of the septic tank.
He finished and called the repair truck with Lee and Dave; who again were very prompt and professional. They arrived at noon and were done within an hour.
They were very careful going in and out of the house. I hope I don't need them again real soon, but no doubt I'll call them.
It's great to meet people that do their job well.
