Kevin diagnosed the problem as being the shower cartridge. He went to Home Depot and got the right replacement, came back to the house and finished the repair, all for the price of a one hour service call + parts. He did a great job.

Kevin was delayed the day of service but called me several times to keep me updated. He and his assistant showed me the source of our leak immediately. Their work was thorough and they left their work area clean. They even left in the middle of their work to buy a breaking down part that attached to our dryer in an attempt to help prevent us from having to have more work done in the future. Minimal charge - it would have had to have been done at some point anyway, and at full charge. It's nice to have real people you can trust doing honest work. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team.

friendly experienced worker

At first Kevin gave me a quote of $400 to replace the main shut off valve inside the house which I thought was excessive but after expertly finishing the job he gave me a much lower bill. He is pricey but responds quickly when you need a plumber.

Kevin Ruby, the plumber, was delayed arriving because of another job, but he stayed in touch with me as to his arrival time, he installed a new bath sink faucet because of a leaking problem, he knew what he was doing and the work was done quickly and professionally, I would use Kevin again and I recommend him.

i should have listened to the other bad reviews, he had a nasty attitude and his charge was twice the amount that my regular plumber charges but he was out of town on vacation. The job took 5 minutes and he charged one hundred and fifty dollars plus tax and he had a bad attitude too. This was the first time that i have given a bad review.

The service was fast AND good. He was the only plumber I called who was willing to repair our tub the way we wanted and not the way they wanted to. He outlined all the options and listened to our opinions to decide how to proceed. I will definitely call him again for any needed plumbing work.
