Kevin was timely in his response to our call. He was pleasant to work with and fixed our problem with a broken pipe. Very professional. He's got a great smile, which always is nice when you have a new person on the job. His pricing was right on the money, and we didn't feel we were overcharged. We will definitely use him again.

He is very inconsistent. The cold water valve did not work correctly after he fixed the faucet. He made an appointment to come back to fix the faucet and never showed up.

Do not, under any circumstances, use this business. He wrongly analyzed the problem, charged me $75 for a part that goes for at most $20 at Home Depot, and told me I would need to hire a carpenter to cut away a cabinet that allegedly blocked his access to the water supply. When I had the work redone, the second contractor scoffed at the carpenter recommendation and was able to repair the problem without any such work. When I called Ruby back, he was defensive, argumentative and eventually hung up on me. I reported him to the Plumbing Licensing Bureau. He must have paid for any good reviews he received.

I hired Kevin for routine plumbing service and to install shower heads. He was prompt, fair and professional.his service. Itâ  s refreshing to come across a contractor that keeps the customer first. He will be my go to plumber.

I had tried various DIY stuffs to unclog our toilet but could not get it back, so needed someone to come and fix the issue. Kevin came on time and within the first ten minute, he was able to conclude that this was not a draining issue, but the rim of the toilet itself was clogged and I need to replace the toilet. Kevin told me it will cost few hundred dollars. I paid $150 for the service, which was only 10 minute and the conclusion to replace the toilet. After he left, I googled how to unclog the rim and tried white vinegar. Wow. I had my toilet back running like new within an hour. So, my conclusion is ... really? 150 for an advice to replace the whole thing when I fixed it within an hour? should not you have fixed the rim clogs? I do not recommend this service.

Fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. Prompt and efficient.
