Kevin was professional and on time. He took on an extra project that came up, and he was fine explaining things to me.

Kevin called me back within 20 minutes of my 7am request gave me a price on installing a new faucet answered all my questions. He came when promised in the afternoon earlier than expected but called first to let me know job was completed and I am enjoying my new faucet which works smoothly my thumb trigger finger is happy to be relieved of the stiffness causes by the old leaking faucet hire this RUBY GEM he lives up to his name!

The reasons we will NEVER use Kevin Ruby again: *He originally charged us $150. Then after the job was complete, charged us $225. *Completed the project in Fall of 2018. The pipe was fixed, faucet replaced, re-drained after he tested it, and water was shut off for the winter season. Pipe burst April 2nd, 2019 after we turned the water on. *Called to ask if he could come out and repair the pipe at no extra cost. He had a nasty attitude, proceeded to say that it was our fault the pipe had burst, and that he would come out to take a look but it would cost us $150. When I said that is unfair and he was being completely rude, he hung up on me. We will NEVER use Kevin Rudy again.

Used Ruby's to fix and outdoor burst pipe from previous owner, he fixed it in fall, pipe was shut off and cleared until after fall and once water was turned on pipe burst from weak spot in spot that the plumber was suppose to fix. Asked him to come take a look and all he wanted was more money to fix the issue he was suppose to fix. What a winner this company is, won?t do business with them again.

Really can't beat the service or attention to detail. Kevin Ruby helped out in a pinch and really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well beginning to end, giving us constant updates and made sure it was completed correctly. He made the process as pain-free as possible. I hope we don't need him again, but if we do I can rest assured the job will be completed honestly, correctly and affordable. Thanks again!

Kevin called right away after I requested service via the app. He was on-time and upfront with costs and time estimates. There was concern of getting parts as it was Veterans Day Observed (the Monday) but suppliers were open so he was able to get the new hot water heater and needed parts. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I would recommend him to others.

Kevin immediately responded to my request and made a point to understand the problem and ensure it was in his area of expertise. He was at my house an hour later, fixed my boiler quickly, and priced the job very reasonably. I will be hiring him to tackle another plumbing project, as well.

Tried to finish the project in an hour even with having to buy supplies. I would have appreciated the receipt from the plumbing store to validate what I was charged for supplies.
