Pros: 1. Responsive and punctual 2. Professional - Kevin got the job done effortlessly. I hired two other plumbers in the past. One couldn't find the right screw to fit my faucet. The other suggested me to replace the whole set. 3. Friendly Cons: 1. A bit pricy - I paid $450 in total, $160 for the cranes and $290 for labor. Most of the labor fee came from driving to Eastcheter to purchase the parts. Overall, I am satisfied with Kevin���s work. He really knows his stuff. I will use his service again. But perhaps next time driving to Eastchester to buy the parts by myself.

Kevin responded promptly to our Home Advisor request. Kevin & partner were delayed in coming to our house, which can happen in their line of business, but Kevin called ahead to let us know. Kevin & partner were courteous and professional. My husband purchased the parts needed ahead of time. Ruby's Plumbing got the job done in a timely manner and were affordable.

Excellent job. Ruby plumbing was extremely responsive and flexible to address my plumbing crisis. Definitely will give first consideration to Ruby plumbing for future plumbing projects.

Replaced water heater. Kevin's work is neat and professional. He was quick to respond, showed up when expected, and finished the job quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

This plumber was the first to call me when I posted my request and that was the reason why I hired him. He stayed 10 minutes and did not finish his job, because he did not have the replacement part. Replacing it was a matter of 5 minutes. He wanted to be paid for a new call to come back another day but in the end agreed to come back as a "courtesy" if we got the part. Throughout our interaction he displayed an attitude that was difficult to deal with and lack of professionalism in making it appear as a favor to complete the job for which he was paid.

I've used Ruby's Plumbing before and, as with past experience, he was courteous, knowledgeable and very prompt. He did the job and did it to my satisfaction. Free estimates and he warranties his work, which is always a plus! I would continue using his services knowing he'll get the job done right the first time around.

Reqasonable cost, a wonderful service that rescued us on a pipe leak under the sink.

Alex was great. Arrived same day as my initial service magic request and replaced a broken kitchen sink faucet, hose, pipe, etc. He was also really nice to our toddler who wanted to "help".

Arrived on exactly on time, left no mess and was very nice. on top of it all. Definite recommend and will be hiring again for additional work.

The plumber was very competent, and arrived promptly. Boiler didn't fire, ended up being built up pressure from a dirty pipe leading to the pressure gauge. Great to use for emergencies or a major project.

Kevin Ruby missed his date due to a medical emergency, but came promptly on the next business day. As far as I know (we've had no trouble since), he did a good job, which will be continued in the spring. I plan to use him for the completion of the project.
