Kevin Ruby is a very nice guy and good with customers. However, that is not why I hired him to fixed my toilets. One was a running toilet with five minutes worth of work. A second bathroom needed some parts , him and him partner had some problems with wearing out their screw driver while doing the work. All together it was minor work and in the end he charged me $400.00 . for and hour and a half of light work. The parts that they used must be made of silver!!! I will never hire him again, he is way too expensive. I don't know the quality of their work, I have to wait and see if I will have the same issues again.

Kevin and Matt did a great job! Kevin gave me a good price and they were able to fit a 50 gallon tank that I brought to replace a 40 gallon tank in a awkward area of my basement. Will hire them for other problems that come up.

Kevin did a great job installing our garbage disposal. It wasn't cheap but he showed up as expected and we are happy with his work.

I was comfortable having him in my home. He did the job he said he would and in a timely manner. Price wise I have no idea as how often does one have a toilet installed. He cleaned up after himself and took the old toilet away. I liked him and would use him again. I've used another major plumbing company in the past and just felt they were money hungry as they wanted my credit card number and all that before even starting the job. This was a simple job, and unlike other plumbers, he agreed to charge a fixed fee of $75.00. The job was over in 15 minutes but I liked that he was flexible and understanding in determining charges.

Kevin is extremely punctual, professional and most of all financially reasonable unlike other companies in the area. Without any reservation I'm recommending Rudy plumbing to anyone!

He came over on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule and got the job done quickly.

Kevin was initially helpful, responsive, and respectful. This changed suddenly when a miscommunication caused him to become rude, insulting my wife and I. He did not complete all of the work as requested. Of most concern was the expletive language he used with my wife which I cannot include here - it was very upsetting to her and unlike any customer service I have experienced to date. While the quality of work may be good, be warned that Kevin has an aggressive potential.

I needed a water line installed and run to my new refrigerator. Kevin set up a time and day, called me to let me know he was running late which was appreciated. Many contractors never call they just show up late. Kevin stated his price which was very reasonable, he was quick and neat. His is very professional and coutreous. I would definitely reccommend him and will use him in the future if needed.
