Imperial Cleaning

We moved into our new home which was less than clean and smelled of smoke, so we reached out to Imperial Cleaners. They came with very little notice and cleaned the entire home. They did good job, took a tad longer then we originally thought. They were able to get most of the smell out of the home which is why it took longer. As a result of the deep cleaning of most of the home, there were spots that were not done as perfectly as we would have liked, that said, we were satisfied with the work.

They cleaned bathrooms from top to bottom, cleaned our family rooms which has several cabinets and shelves, and the kitchen cabinets and tile. Excellent work in all areas we will use them again.

I was moving into a brand new house and I needed a company to come in for an hour and clean the house.. it's a small house so I needed the kitchen cabinets mainly done - so it was easy for a quick unpack. During the week new carpets were put down and the dining room floors were polished.,, The old owner had a weekly cleaning service so the house was spotless already. I called this company and specifically asked for them to take the hour and just concentrate on the kitchen.. I'm current 9 months pregnant and need the kitchen cabinets ready to go - so I can unpack just the dishes before the baby comes. I spoke to Henry - who was very nice (in the beginning) - I explained that the house is spotless and clean but I just needed an hour for a quick vacuum and a kitchen cabinet wipe down. He was sending over 3 ladies- and told me not to worry that what I needed would be sufficient for the hour.. especially that there was no furniture anywhere and the point of attack was the kitchen... The house is one floor ranch - 3 bedrooms.. no furniture- a small bathroom & kitchen.. Verizon was there so they couldn't vacuum the living room.. and the dining room had the floors polished.. so nothing to do there... My husband & father in law were at the house all day with Verizon.. I couldn't go due to the smell of polish on the dining room floors - or I think the outcome would of been completely different. I had an Angie's list coupon for 10% off. but b/c I couldn't go into the house- I forgot to give it to my husband.. The girls stayed about 1 hour & 15 mins.. not sure why.. I asked my husband - to check on them.. They were instantaneously done once he asked how much longer.. They gave him a price of 104.50.. he called me- I explained to him- I forgot to give the coupon.. that's why it was more- So as a bargaining option for the additional money- my husband asked the girls.. could they please just wipe the "brand New" refrigerator before they left. They did... and left When I got to the house the next evening.. it was a mess.. There was one drawer in the bathroom that had all shreds of paper - left by the previous owner.. it was never cleaned ( they are only 2 drawers in the bathroom) the kitchen cabinets still had crumbs in them - they NEVER touched any of the kitchen cabinets.. NOT ONE CABINET WAS CLEANED the handle of the refrigerator had this sticky glue on it - it needed to be wiped.. I called Henry right away.. He said he explained that an hour was never going to be enough time... and offered to have the 3 girls come back the next day at 1:30.. I'm still working and couldn't leave work early for a cleaning service .. so I asked him for my money back.. it didn't make sense to have them come back- I already had to wipe everything down myself -so it defeated the purpose to have them return.. plus now we officially moved in... it was Too Late... Henry told me he would ask the owner to give me a full refund & get back to me the next morning. 3 days later he emailed me - with an email that said - pretty much - You're loss lady! There was nothing he could do and wouldn't refund my money. So I emailed him right back & said- I'd take the offer to have the girls come back.. I figured - that's still 105.00 - I paid for it... He then said- Sorry that offer expired 24 hrs after the initial cleaning day. so here is the bottom line.. no matter what they reply- This company was milking the time for over 1 hour.. never cleaned anything.. I took pictures to prove it.. They have a B rating for a reason.. They took advantage of me and I'm 9 month pregnant. They took more money than promised.. and never did anything in my house.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. JUST ASK & I'LL SEND THE PICTURES AND THE NASTY EMAILS FROM HENRY. THEY ARE A SCAM Im just sorry it ended up this way.. My first bad experience using Angie's List..

What the deal was actually for did not appear to be what was actually offed, received refund.

We just bought a home and did some construction before moving in. the bathroom was horrible and needed a massive deep clean and there was a layer on construction dust covering all the floors walls and windows. they did a great job cleaning it all up, very friendly crew and extremely diligent.

My house didn't feel or seem clean. I would not use them again. I had a coupon so I tried them.

The service was fine. They sent out three cleaners and I paid extra to have them stay an extra half hour. They did a basic cleaning of the entire house other than the basement.

I am very happy with Imperial Cleaning Company. They are very prompt, professional, throughout, and nice. The people in the office are very nice to work with, especially Hamilton.

The service turned out fine. I found them to be detail oriented. They cleaned my shower drain! The price of the big deal was fine.

Staff arrived on time, took great care to not soil the floor en route to basement. Basement was cleaned out top to bottom, everything was replaced as it was found. Good customer service on phone and in person. Good job all round.

It was frustrating, They broke something of mine but the owner offered to replace it. I declined the offer.

They're fairly punctual and the quality of the work is satisfactory. They put everything back when they're done and are helpful. There was one time one of the cleaners offered to put the sheets on the bed. The prices are competitive, we had looked at a couple different companies. If I point something out that needs to be cleaned more thoroughly they go back and take care of it right away.

It went fine. They got it in right away so that was really helpful. They did a good job and I feel liking the time that they were able to give us. Our house needs a big deep cleaning. It wasn't a perfect job but for the time that were there, they did a good job. They came out them next after the deal was purchased. They were very nice.

I was not pleased. They sent three women, they accomplished less in one hour with three people that one person could have accomplished in the same time. They were not thorough.

Excellent. See above. every inch of the space was vacuumed, dusted, mopped etc. Very nice people both the cleaning crew and back office. I would use them again.

Imperial did a great job cleaning out a for sale property. 4 person crew cleaned the house top to bottom and was very timely and thorough. Left the house looking great. Before the cleaning dealing with Hamilton was very professional and accommodating and painless. Great service and great job.

My experience went very well. I was pleased with the service they provided. The staff was friednly and professional. The pricing was reasonable I would recommend this company to others.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did the work as directed and we were satisfied.

I think they did very well for the time that they had, but the time that they had was not sufficient to finish the job well.

It has gone very well. When they leave the house looks very clean. The team has been the same three women so far. They are very pleasant and do a nice job.

Perfection...nary an issue!

The service was good. They were good and cleaned for 3 hours. It was the first time that I used them, and I chose them becuase they had a big deal.

Just wanted the Kitchen and the Bathroom cleaned -- I previously explained to the owner that these rooms needed much work due to a personal problem that had resulted in considerable neglect. The original deal was for one hour -- they needed two hours -- which was understandable and I agreed. I had also told him to phone BEFORE they arrived. They did NOT -- just banged on my door. However, the 3 women workers who arrived spoke Spanish and proceded to insult me and my home in SPANISH -- I believe that they thought I wouldn't understand -- they used the word "sucio" -- which means filthy. They worked hard but I don't like being insulted -- the boss knew the condition of the 2 rooms when he sent them and should have advised them to do the work and no insulting words nor derisive laughter.

Everything about both times they came to my house was great. The first time they showed up right on time - and the 3 women went right to work. Before they even came down stairs the house already smelled better. On the second time around - my daughter was home and she even commented that the house smelled much better - and they were still only up stairs.... They found dirt I never knew existed in my kitchen...... The second time they did show up late - but Hamilton called me in the morning saying they would be.....and kept on contact with me all day.....It was the week of 4th of july - a very short week -so I'm sure lots of people wanted their place cleaned for parties - but they got it done - never seamed rushed cause they were running late - and the house was spotless when they left just like the first time.... I will def be using them in the future and would totally recommend them to anyone....
