Imperial Cleaning

Awful job ... Never cleaned the windows as asked or wiped down walls I had to Go back over what they aledgidly did or did not do. Everything I said they said we don't do that. The women that showed up were very nasty even talked about us while they were working. Terrible job never use them again

They sent 3 people each time. Only 1 spoke English. It was hard to communicate. They didn't really do a good job. And you would think with 3 women the house would be spotless.

We have had better experience with Imperial but over all it went well

very bad. no contact even though marked as urgent. kept calling and calling them. why do some people bother to advertise their business on angie's list if they have no intentions of picking up the phone or returning phone calls

The first time I used them I ordered one hour of cleaning services in December, 2015. The cleaning staff that time were professional and worked quickly. I was satisfied with their work and tipped the workers accordingly. I order the services again a second time through Angie's List. This time I was very dissatisfied with the service. The workers were completely new to me and looked like their management had scrambled to put the team together. One of them was not even wearing the company uniform, as usual. I order the same one hour of cleaning. This time my home was not properly cleaned to my satisfaction. The glass doors of the basement bathroom shower were not even touched. I called the office to complain and was told that the owner was on vacation and that the person who answered the phone would elevate my complaint to him when he returned. I haven't heard from them since.

This was the second time I used Imperial so obviously the first time was very good. The second time around however, not as much attention was paid to detail. There were some spots missed on the floors and with dusting. The glass shower door was not as well cleaned on the bottom as the first time. All of these "little things" added up to me being much less satisfied the second time around. Part of it is my fault as I did not check as thoroughly as I should have when they were done. I assumed they had done as good a job as they had the first time.

They were punctual, provided all supplies and did a great job. I will most definitely use Imperial again. They made it really convenient for me.

Cleaners were very polite and very good

They arrived late, not their fault the roads were awful. But then they left early. Earlier than if they weren't 40 minutes late. You purchase their services by the hour. They did a fair at best, if I'm being generous.

It couldn't have gone better. From the very beginning, even making the appointment was super easy (and this isn't always the case with other companies). The coordinator was friendly and personable and worked with my timing constraints. The actual service went extremely well. A crew of three showed up, all of their own supplies and equipment, and worked through my house thoroughly and efficiently. It is clear they have this down to a science. I have since used them 3 additional times and plan on using them on a regular basis.

I've had several different groups from Imperial. This last group was excellent. Unfortunately it has been awhile since I had them last and I don't remember their names. The previous groups were very good as well.

fair....missed many spots and had to watch/go over in order to have it done correctly

Left several draws dusty/behind toilet bowls dirty and didn't follow my instructions on HOW and WHAT to clean. I explained to the manager that I am am very particular with my home being clean especially since this is a new home that I am moving into. The woman they sent talked the entire time and were moving very slow. This was a post construction clean up so house very dusty. I explained to Henry before they showed up that I would pay more money for more time if they needed to stay longer to get the job done RIGHT! But he insisted that 3-4 hours was enough time. They were there for about 3.5 hours and I feel it was a WASTE of money. I had to go over everything again. Giving a D rating because Henry did want to make it right. I just didn't follow up with him because I didn't want them back at my home and needed to move in asap. I would not recommend this company. I am disappointed because the manager they sent to give the estimate reassured me that they could do the job within that time. I was hesitant to book them cause I didn't feel 3 to 4 hours was enough time but I was desperate and needed the help.

Our time slot was 12:30 to 3:30. We arrived at the house at around noon to find the cleaners sitting in their car waiting for us. I contacted Henry, he said they had completed a job early but would clean my house for 3 hours. What I immediately noticed was that the 3 cleaners went into the small master bath to clean. I realize now that I should have said something, but I figured they were a team who knew what they were doing. When they finished with the master bedroom and bath, they went into the other rooms together, chatting the entire time they were cleaning. Around 2pm I ran out to get some lunch and run a couple of errands. My husband called while I was gone that they told him they were done and were leaving. A 4th cleaner had joined in the meantime, so while I was surprised they were done early, I assumed that was how they were able to complete the job. My husband gave the job a quick look over and paid. They were gone before I came home. Upon arriving home I saw the bathrooms had not been cleaned well. We were on a short time frame so I didn't have time to deal with it that day. The next day we returned to the house and I was appalled at the cleaning job. I took pictures and sent them to Henry. I'm not sure what was done in the bathrooms, but very little if any actual cleaning occurred there. Walls weren't cleaned and the floor was not cleaned. Henry offered to send the crew back to clean, but my husband decided he didn't want them to come back. Over all I feel that I was ripped off. I spent $300 and I had to clean the house again because they had missed so much. I gave Imperial a D rating only because Henry was responsive and offered to have them come again. Otherwise it would have been an F rating. The photos show after they cleaned the master bath. I didn't take pictures of the dirty uncleaned walls of the hall bath.

Excellent work! 4 workers showed up as scheduled and did a terrific full cleaning, from top to bottom. Couldn't have expected more!

Unfortunately, it never got off the ground. The company offered to send someone for a free estimate, only they will not provide a written estimate. Will not use a company with these shady and unethical practices. I received this email from them: "I can send Lenin ( our field supervisor ) for a free estimate on Wed 9/14. Just shoot me the location and time and we'll take it from there. We do not provide written estimates, what we can provide is an invoice when the job is completed for your records. We work and move on a steady paste willing to earn your business."

Went very well. Three workers showed up on time and did a very good job.

The cleaning crew did a very good job and were done within an hour. They bring their own cleaning supplies and the house is clean and smells great when they are done. Will be using them more regularly in the future.

Service was terrific and we have engaged the same team through Imperial Cleaning Co. for regular service every other week.

Imperial Cleaning Co was excellent from start to finish. I had read other reviews and decided to trust them, and so glad I did. They were a little pricey but very worth it, we also used the coupon from Angie's List (definitely mention it). Booking was easy, Lenin was very friendly and flexible with the time/day I requested. 3 people arrived and got to work right away, they were super professional and left the house the cleanest I've ever seen it, and as promised took about 2.5 hrs. It was the simple stuff that impressed me the most - the way they left the trash bags replenished, neatly tied, knick knacks neatly put away where they found them, dusting and neatly organizing a desk, things I didn't have time to do on my own. I kept finding little things they had done a few days after, and it left a great impression. I would absolutely use them again, and plan to have them back next week.

Used the coupon that was available. I just moved into a new home and between moving from one boro to another county in one day and then going to work, Imperial really came through and assisted. I was so exhausted and cleaning a new home was just one thing Imperial helped me check off the list. Their workers even cleaned up the shattered glass from a broken glass window in the basement and placed the remnants of the broken window outside. I would definitely use them again. My place was spotless and smelled amazing.

I've already scheduled another appointment with ICC. I worked through Henry in the front office; he's friendly, professional and helpful. The cleaning crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were so efficient and professional that they finished early and the work cost less than quoted!

Very well. Completed the job in time and very efficient. Definitely using these guys again.
