Extremely prompt, professional, honest, they quickly evaluated the home and set forth. They brought their own cleaning supplies (tons of them), and got right to work. They were honest, never stopped working and left the residence shining. We will have them back. Thanks

The three women were able to work around moving boxes and people coming in and out to clean the entire house, clean out cabinets and appliances as well as the standard bathrooms and floors. They were kind enough to help arrange the bathroom supplies that were already unpacked. They were very polite and understanding and most importantly trustworthy. They spent three hours at my house and it was well worth the cost. I will definitely hire them again!

Imperial Cleaning Co was terrific. They were on-time, courteous and did a great job. They cleaned my floors, countertops, windows and everything looked great. I've referred them to friends and family who now use them too. I can't do a better job myself so I'm glad they come on a regular basis to clean. I also have them come before a party and they're always consistent and do a really great job. Highly recommended.

Good job. 3 cleaners came. Very professional. In setting up the appointment the office staff was very helpful, explained the service to be provided in detail, and adjusted the schedule. The cleaners arrived within the scheduled time, attacked the situation with diligence, and left within the specified time.

They cleaned a two level home. Cleaning was fair, we preferred another company.

These ladies were super efficient! A team of three ladies arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began cleaning, immediately. They had my 3 BR/ 2 Bath house looking and smelling fresh in just one hour. I wish that I could be so efficient! I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Went ok. I generally keep the house clean and all they needed to do was vacuum and mop rooms and clean bathrooms. They did not use bleach in either bathroom which was strange, kitchen floor still had marks and still no product used. Had to tell them twice to wipe dust of sills and to move furniture to get the dust underneath. Instead of cleaning under they clean around. Told them again to please clean under the bed. When they told me to check there was still dust and I didn't have the energy to explain again. They cleaned the ceiling fans which was awesome, they vacuumed great as well and wiped the stove and microwave good. I will use them again but this time give them my bleach to use in the bathrooms and fabuloso to clean the kitchen floor. Also show them exactly where the dust usually accumulates and where to wipe.

Not so great. This is the second time I used them. I was asked to check before they left but that could take an hour. When they left I saw the kitchen sink was not clean, the floors were not really clean etc. I was disappointed. I should not have to check as that is almost impossible.

The team did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and were courteous, professional, and had great attention to detail. The house was sparkling when they left. I would highly recommend them and plan on having them back regularly.

I have to assume they cleaned the things I asked them to. I haven't gone up and checked the fans for example. I haven't investigated whether they cleaned behind furniture etc. However on the whole they did what I asked, the house "felt" clean. They did an excellent job on my glass shower door.

I was a new customer and no one followed up with me after the service to see if I needed any other services or how they did.

This was the first time having anyone in to clean my house. I did not know what to expect but I have to say the Crew that came were so nice and did an outstanding job. They did everything I asked for and so much more. I couldn't believe how efficient they were. After yesterday I would like to keep up with my place every 2 weeks. Although they were terrific $190 every two weeks. is quite a bit much.

They have been clearning our house for more than two years, and have consistently delivered excellent service. They arrive on time, do a thorough job, and will add nonroutine tasks, like cleaning the basement, if requested. Someone in the crew always speaks English (unfortunately, I do not speak Spanish), and the same crew returns each time. If there is a personnel change, we are notified in advance. It is easy to reschedule or add tasks through a central number and the Operations Manager, who is polite, friendly, and efficient. We have one dog and this has not been a deterrent.

The work was done by experts on cleaning. They did my base boards,dusted thoroughly in all rooms in my home. They cleaned and polished cabinet, floors vacumning and washing. A terrific job!

A team of three people led by Cesar came to the house. They were a few minutes late but they called beforehand to let me know there was traffic. They were extremely polite, responsive, and helpful. They walked through the house and cleaned everything to my satisfaction.

They quoted me one price when I scheduled the appointment and then told me a higher price when I called a week later.

Everything was fine, they did a nice job. They came with a few people, and they did a very nice job. I didn't need to have them stay any longer. They called me back, they came when they said they were going to come, and they did what I asked. The price I got on the deal was good, but when they came on a regular price scale, it was pricey for me. I have someone coming once a week right now, and that is why I didn't use them, because if I wanted them once a week, it would be too expensive. I don't think they are a lot more than other service that do the same service, but for me they were too expensive, but they did do a nice job. The quality was good.

Three women vacuumed and dusted the bedroom and bathrooms; vacuumed the dining/living room area, washed the sinks in the bathrooms. They did not clean the kitchen sink or vacuum the kitchen floor, although they did wipe the stove and cleaned the grates. They were late. They all moved at the speed of molasses. I'm 67 years old and I can clean faster than they did.

It went well, I would recommend them.

They sent 3 girls to do the job and they stayed for almost three hours. They were prompt, polite and were very efficient. My kitchen sparkled when they finished and they were able to clean the floor and the molding under my sink and counter,like I never could. They cleaned the floor and all the tiles in my bathrooms, and a great job. When they dusted, they removed objects to do a thorough job and put everything back in place. I will definitely use them again.
