I have used Pipeworx by Minx for 7 years - for everything from expert plumbing, to descaling a Navien to installing a gas line, and everything in between. I highly recommend this company and have been so happy to work with the owner, Taylor Minx. On more than one occasion, he has come to fix one specific item, and then saved me an incredible amount of time and money by noticing items that are not up to code, leaking, and/or falling apart that I l had no idea there was a problem with. He explains everything thoroughly so you have a good understanding and can make an educated decision on how to move forward. His communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to being meticulous has been top notch which is why I have called him for a long list of repairs over the years. My elderly mother needed him on a few occasions, and had emergency situations, and he came out immediately to help. He is not only respectful and helpful but also responsive and easy to understand. I gave him 5 stars, but if I could give him an extra star I would!!!

Everything was GREAT! We couldn't be happier! Our renovations where done promptly with meticulous attention to detail! Everything was done with care in our home & debris was cleaned up perfectly! Taylor was contacted to repair a leaking and clogged kitchen sink in our apartment. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and on time for both the estimate and actual repair. Taylor was very responsive as well, a critical and truly appreciated part of the experience.
