My basement keeps flooding and Taylor has been my plumber for years so I called him to come take a look. He explained what was going on, a much bigger job than i think both of us were hoping for and he had to refer me to someone else. I appreciated him taking time out of his busy schedule to come take a look. He's dependable and honest and will always be my first call for all plumbing services!

I contacted Taylor from Pipeworx By Minx to replace two shut off valves, remove a garbage disposal/reroute kitchen drains, and install a reverse osmosis water filtration system. He responded that same day and we scheduled a free estimate. Taylor showed up on time, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and emailed me an estimate shortly thereafter. He's a really friendly guy, extremely knowledgeable, and his prices are very reasonable. He showed up on time to perform the work and completed everything in the timeframe he gave me. I couldn't be happier with the services Taylor provided! Plumbing issues are stressful. I have used other services in the past and they have ranged from ok to good, but Pipeworx By Minx is GREAT. Save yourself the hassle of calling around and just go with Pipeworx By Minx. I'll never use anyone else.

I have used Pipeworx by Minx for 7 years - for everything from expert plumbing, to descaling a Navien to installing a gas line, and everything in between. I highly recommend this company and have been so happy to work with the owner, Taylor Minx. On more than one occasion, he has come to fix one specific item, and then saved me an incredible amount of time and money by noticing items that are not up to code, leaking, and/or falling apart that I l had no idea there was a problem with. He explains everything thoroughly so you have a good understanding and can make an educated decision on how to move forward. His communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to being meticulous has been top notch which is why I have called him for a long list of repairs over the years. My elderly mother needed him on a few occasions, and had emergency situations, and he came out immediately to help. He is not only respectful and helpful but also responsive and easy to understand. I gave him 5 stars, but if I could give him an extra star I would!!!
