When I called I asked for someone from saratoga springs to do the work and was told the person would be. After waiting for over 1 hr received a phone call from someone coming from Clifton park. He showing 45 min later looking like he had been up all night. The charge was $162 for 10 min of work. Not happy with cost plus the fact it took 2 hr. I would have broken a window if I knew the cost and time it took.

Spoke to Gary Phillips. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and very helpful. He dispatched someone to change the locks on my doors that day. In the end, I only needed one full lock change and 2 cylinder changes, plus for keys, all under $200.00. Very affordable. Will use them again, and recommend them to everyone.
