Excellent company! The owner called and asked several questions about my issue which was a locked garage cabinet....no key could be found, including from manufacturer...locksmith came on the agreed upon day and time, super knowledgeable and reasonably priced....he opened the lock within about 30 seconds and replaced my lock and gave me 2 new keys. Super company! Don't hesitate to call them!

We are refinishing the front door of our house. I took the original 1920s mortise lockset to Phillips to try to match it to a new one or get the old one back in shape. Frank cleaned and lubricated the lockset and had it working good as new for less than $30 while we waited. I got very good hints for reinstalling and updating the finish. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Phillips without a second thought.
