Description of Work: I can certainly understand why this business doesnt have several A reviews. We paid them over $5,000, and ended up very frustrated with their work. We ended up diagnosing a problem that, after 2 trips back to the house, they could not figure out. They arent very responsive to their customers needs either. When I told them, that we still had a problem, after the 2nd visit, they said they would send a guy that day. They never called, or sent a guy. The only thing that got them back was with holding payment. If you want low quality service, and frustration, then these are your guys and girls.

+ -1 moreHe came out on a Saturday night to do some repairs. His son usually handles most of the business. He was the the one that came that night. He specializes in older houses. He gives free estimates. He is fully insured. He is a licensed contractor. When he says he is going to be there, he is there. He is not cheap but he is also not the most expensive. He uses quality materials. My husband is very stingy with money. He is willing to spend the money on his work.

+ -1 moreThey did the job good, but I wasn’t there when they did the same. My mother was home and she felt that they looked as if they were beating around the bush. They were there the whole day and by the time they got done, the inspector called the power company and the next day was a holiday. I was off power for 2 ½ days when it was a 24 hour job, which was unnecessary. They came and did the quote right away, but I will still not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Ungerman Electric to secure the power cable that runs on my house in November, 2009.

Description of Work: I needed to have the large older florescent light in my kitched repaired. The work was completed at a resonable cost on the same day I called. I was very pleased with the service I received.

+ 0 moreIT WAS A MINOR JOB AND THEY DID IT. I HAVE ALSO USED THEM FOR OTHER JOBS. FOR THE MOST PART I DON'T SEE THEM, THEY JUST COME TO DO THE WORK AND LEAVE. I THINK THE PRICE WAS AVERAGE FOR THE WORK BUT TO ME IT WAS HIGH.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE A LITTLE SHAKY. I'M NOT SURE THAT THEY SOLVED THE TROUBLE SHOOTING PROBLEM THAT THEY WERE LOOKING AT. THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE PEOPLE WAS WEAK. WE STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, WHERE FOR SOME REASON WE WILL LOST POWER FOR A FRACTION OF A SECOND, BUT THAT IS ENOUGH TO HAVE TO RESET EVERYTHING EVERY TIME IT HAPPENS.
Description of Work: TROUBLE SHOOTING WAS DONE ON AN ELECTRICAL CIRCUITRY.
