I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH PRO TECH FOR THIRTEEN YEARS AND CAN SAY UNEQUIVOCALLY THAT THEY ARE AS PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE AS ANY ENTERPRISE WITH WHICH I'VE DONE BUSINESS IN THE PAST FORTY YEARS. IN FACT, THEY HAVE BEEN FAR SUPERIOR TO THE MAJORITY OF THOSE BUSINESSES. THEIR INSTALLATION WAS FLAWLESS AND THEIR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE (SPRING OPENING AND FALL CLOSING) IS ALWAYS PERFORMED WITH GREAT CARE AND EFFICIENCY. ALL OF THEIR SERVICE STAFF ARE CLEARLY EXPERIENCED COMPETENT TECHNICIANS WHO TAKE WHATEVER TIME IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE A TOP QUALITY RESULT. THE REMOTE CONTROL PANEL HAS ALWAYS FUNCTIONED PERFECTLY AND HAS BEEN TOTALLY DEPENDABLE. THE EXTENSIVE INITIAL LAWN IRRIGATION INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED IN ONE DAY. THE SYSTEM ITSELF WAS CAREFULLY MAPPED OUT AND DONE WITH GREAT CARE TO ENSURE COMPLETE LAWN COVERAGE. QUALITY WATER CONDUITS WERE INSTALLED AND HAVE HAD NO NEED OF ATTENTION IN THE PAST THIRTEEN YEARS. OCCASIONAL UNAVOIDABLE SPRINKLER HEAD REPLACEMENT HAS ALWAYS BEEN DONE EFFICIENTLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. PRO TECH IS A TOP NOTCH COMPANY THAT I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND.

A plumber/control system specialist from Pro-Tech showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He began by scoping out the location of the water supply and deciding on a location for the control system. Since I supplied my own control system, they were very accommodating when it came to working with me to supply wiring specifications. The job foreman, and a crew of four workers, showed up about 15 minutes later. The foreman went over the placement of the heads and all utilities located on the property. They worked very efficiently, with few breaks, and completed the job in about four hours. This included time they had to spend hand digging some trenches on the side of the house because the machine was too large to fit in the space. The rest of the trenching and pipe pulling was done with a vibratory plow and this went very quickly with very little disruption. We did have to have the plumber come back later in the day, because there was a small leak where he tapped the main supply line. I have to give him credit for being very patient because the main shutoff valve, which was working earlier in the day, was not shutting off the water completely. He had great difficulty getting access to the outdoor shutoff valve, but he worked diligently to free a stuck valve cover. He worked very competently and professionally and even offered to replace the indoor shutoff valve. I highly recommend this company.

Their customer service is above anything I have experienced in a long time and I really appreciate it. It is a great company to do business with. They are very responsive!!!!

Friends and neighbors had recommended ProTech -- I followed up with a search on Angie's List and then on the Better Business Site and found them highly recommended at both places. They installed the system that I needed -- crew was professional, courteous and did a great job! I am very pleased with the company.

When I signed the contract, the sales rep told me they would install the system in about 3 weeks. After waiting for 3 weeks and not hearing anything, I planned to call them on a Monday morning. On that Monday, before I had a chance to call, they showed up with about 5 to 10 people and maybe three trucks - ready to go. I was told later that I should have received a phone call giving me the exact time and date for the installation. This was not a problem so I told them to go ahead. They started digging holes and trenches and burying flexible tubing. A plumber and electrician showed up and got to work right away. Around noon they took a break for lunch and were back within an hour. They finished by 2:00 or 2:30. I had stepped out for a short while, and when I came back they were all gone. My wife said one of the men would be back in a couple of days to go over the instructions with me. My wife and I walked around the yard checking out the work. It looked good as far as I could tell, but they missed picking up a couple of pieces of leftover tubing. They also forgot to place the cover on a cylindrical container buried at ground level, so I took care of that - no big deal. Some of the tubing was buried using a tractor sized machine which disturbed the ground very little. Other tubing was buried in trenches that had been dug manually. After the tubing was placed in the trenches it was carefully covered by the dirt and sod that had been dug out. Similarly, holes had been dug for each head then filled back with dirt and sod. My wife thought the results were sloppy, especially with water still on the ground from testing. I thought this work was done as well as could be expected. A few days later, It was hard to tell where any of the digging was done - and my wife is very pleased. On Thursday, one of the men came back to explain the control panel and the entire system. He also professionaly answered a list of questions I had for him. I am extremely pleased with Pro-Tech and the new sprinkler system.
