Description of Work: Needed Mark to fix a few things around the house. Install new front door, finish porch, fix some siding that blew off and repair a side gate. He was quick to come by and look at the work, then give me a quote. Told me it would be October before he could do the work. I emailed him back saying I liked the prices. He said he could not pick up door for me that was already ordered at Home Depot as was too big for his truck. I emailed him again in October to see if he would finish the rest of the items ( I had Home Depot deliver the door and install it) and never heard back from him.

Description of Work: We had water damage in our front room from an ice dam. Mark replaced the ceiling which was a very difficult stucco match. He also pointed out that the ceiling/fan light was missing a part that would keep it better attached to the ceiling. When we decided to buy a different fixture he was very flexible in coming back to put it in.

+ -1 moreMark was on time for both the estimate and job. He adapted the new smaller stairway to the existing space so that the area looks the same as before (which I wanted). But I would have liked to know beforehand that there was going to be a size difference. He was conversant when necessary to answer my questions, but wasn't too gabby. I was impressed with the care he took with his tools and the obvious planning of the project. I will use Mark again for jobs around my house. And I will provide his name to friends in need of handyman services.
Description of Work: Removed old wooden attic pull-down stairs and replaced with different size aluminum pull-down stairway.

+ 4 moreHe began work exactly when promised. He performed extra work when problems arose. When Lowe's wouldn't assemble the cabinets, he did that job in addition to those he was hired for.
Description of Work: Removed old sheetrock ceiling. Took it and old metal cabinets to the dump. Prepped and painted garage walls. Repaired leak. Assembled and hung cabinets.
