The job went very well. They were able to come out the same day, much to my surprise. Worker arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He worked quickly and carefully and cleaned up the space when the job was complete.

Todd Porter came by the see the work that needed to be done and give me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and the final cost came in a little less than the estimate. Todd sent three men, which made the job go very quickly. They had to arrive a little later than originally planned (they called) because they had to make a quick run to empty their truck. Good thing they did! The men were professional, friendly, and very quick. One of the chairs was a tight fit through the door, but they managed without scratching the wall or door frame. One big thing that I like about this company is that they recycle or re-purpose as much of the "junk" as they can. So that chair you didn't want any more will very likely end up as a comfortable seat for someone else. Much better than just taking everything to a landfill and dumping it. I have (of course) more stuff to get rid of, and I will definitely call this company for help again.

The experience could not have gone better. I had purchased a deal though Angie's List for 3 cubic yards of removal. Less than 24 hours later, I received an email to call and schedule an appointment. They gave me a window from 9-11am on the day of pickup. I was contacted approximately 8am and the drivers asked if they could come earlier, since I was the first stop. They arrived at approx 8:30 am. I told them I had more than the 3 cubic yards needed for removal. One of the drivers, Kenny, calculated exactly how much the additional charge would be prior to removal, and I was able to pay by check the extra amount. They worked very efficiently and were done in approx 20 minutes. I have no complaints and would absolutely use them again in the future!

Junk King called very quickly after I requested their services to arrange a date and time for the pickup. They arrived as scheduled and picked up all the items from multiple locations in the house quickly and professionally. The office called back right away after I purchased a coupon special. They made the appointment exactly when I needed it even though it was last minute. The woman was very friendly and professional. The day of the job I was called about 25 minutes prior to let me know they were on their way. Three men showed up and promptly removed everything I asked from my basement. They were quick and courteous. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to others and use again for future projects.

It turned out very well. They checked out what we had, discussed how they would remove it and they left very promptly. They were very personable and nice to talk to.They came out within 2 weeks of purchasing the deal and I spent close to the deal amount with tax.

Overall, I thought the two gentleman who came did a great job. They were prompt and efficient. I purchased a $119.00 special voucher on Angie's List. I saw they recently had a special for $99.00 which would have been even more affordable.

Mr. Porter and his crew arrived promptly during our scheduled time slot. They were courteous, friendly and efficient and removed all of the items we specified. They were also a lot cheaper than their competition. We were very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. It is clear that Mr. Porter is dedicated to making sure that his company provides good service. Also when I called to schedule my appointment, the person I spoke with on the phone (I think her name was Theresa) was helpful and friendly. Kudos to Junk King.

Matt and Kevin were great, they called to let me know their ETA, right on time when they said they'd be here. When they got here they were very pleasant and easy to work with. Good hard workers. A pleasure to do business with them, very professional! I was able to pay for the additional demo and hauling of my old playground equipment via credit card on the spot, very simple and easy.

I bought one of the Angie's List "Deals". The scheduling email I received from Angie's List automatically applied payment with the same credit card number that I had used to pay for the Angie's List service. I don't like that at all. Are they storing my credit card number? The scheduling person from Junk King gave me a date and a time "window" of somewhere between 11 am and 1 pm. Also, she tried to get me to pay again. 1 pm came and Junk King did not show up. I called the Junk King number and an office person confirmed I was scheduled for a pick up. The owner was unavailable for me to talk to, but the office person said he would call back within an hour. That was around 1:30 pm. The pick up staff arrived around 2:00. They were neat, efficient, and apologetic for the delay. I waited till about 3:30 for the owner to call me and then left my house. He called around 5:30 that afternoon and left a message for me to return his call. I never called him back. I have to wonder if my advance payment led to my appointment being less of a priority??

First they called me 2x to advise me when they would arrive...they were on time. Jason and Chris are great reps for this business. Introduced themselves immediately Looked at what had to be removed from the cellar. Not an easy job. They did it and were still smiling. Thank you very much and I would recommend them to anyone needing junk removed.

Junk King made sure to call and give an ETA and arrived in the time-frame stated. Two guys (super friendly) showed up and I showed them what needed to be tossed. They said "okay" and did the job in a timely manner. They even swept up afterward! I highly recommend Junk King for your junk removal!
