Junk King Albany

Spoke with Charlie who gave me a quote and appointment very quickly. Josh and Vicenzio arrived on time and both were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and personable. I highly recommend Junk King.

Couldn't have gone better. Very happy with Junk King. Cameron was ontime, courteous, and very fair on price which covered labor, landfill, and hazardous waste fees. He and his crew went right to work on what needed to be done. I'm impressed. I highly recommend Junk King. They're great to work with.

The Junk King workers on the premises were punctual and polite. The issue arose when the workers accidentally (1) broke a porch window and (2) broke a bottle of syrup on the basement floor. They never mentioned the damage they caused before they left the premises. (We noticed it after they left.) In addition, they covered up the syrup spill and broken glass with a piece of plywood. I understand that accidents do happen, but any reputable company should be able to stand behind their work and offer to repair the damage at their own expense. I phoned, emailed, and texted their customer service dept, mentioning the damage and requesting that Junk King replace the glass and clean up the syrup. The customer service dept reps were polite and acknowledged receipt of my damage report and said that they would contact the local franchise owner (Todd Porter) "regarding the situation." In addition, I emailed the local franchise owner directly and sent two snail-mail letters; Mr. Porter never responded. I am very disappointed in Junk King. If they had only offered to (1) pay for the broken window replacement and (2) clean up the syrup, I would have given them a glowing review. on Angie's List. But because of the silence and lack of caring on the part of the local franchise, I am forced to give them a poor review. This is the choice that Junk King has made.

We have a very large property (19 acres of woods), and the area immediately surrounding our house was a mess due to some logging. We had a lot of brush, branches and dead wood that needed to be removed. Junk Kings came three times and got rid of the majority of it quickly and efficiently. The weather got too cold to completely finish so I’ll be hiring them again this spring (we had a lot!!). Two men came with a big truck and completely filled it each time. They worked non-stop all day, plus they were very nice and professional. The owner Todd is also very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Richie and Durrell (sorry, I’m sure I botched the spelling) were punctual, personable and professional. I pointed out all I was hoping to have taken away and was assured that it would fit into the truck. The estimate provided fit my budget; they completed the work in about an hour, were neat, careful and checked with me periodically to make sure they had everything. I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved that accumulated possessions left by family members are GONE! Best Christmas present I could have given myself! I will definitely use Junk King again for a final clean out when I move from my home. Thank you so much!

Excellent! The workers were thorough and totally professional, finished the job in far less time than anticipated. And there was a discount for using Angie's List! Definitely will call them again.

I had the same two man crew come to my property three times to remove brush, branches, and some small logs that were unsightly and needed to go. They were wonderful: very professional, friendly and hard working. The results were great, my property looks a lot better! I would definitely hire them again.

Everything was perfect. I explained what I needed dumpster for and was sent the perfect size dumpster. It was a clean dumpster too. Arrived on time. Driver told me next time they also have services available where they load the dumpster. That is good to know for the future.

Great! A beautiful bright red dumpster was delivered to my driveway. Friends and I loaded it up, and it was collected on the designated day.

Fast! They came on time and garage was cleaned out within an hour.

They did an excellent job. Arrived on time, if not a bit early, and made quick work of the mess.

Other than the fact that they we 1 1/2 hours late, the workers did a very good job. They tried several different ways to fit everything into one truck, although it couldn't fit. The workers did call me to tell me they would be late. The tardiness may be a scheduling issue or an information issue from the prior client , not within the control of the workers. Workers were efficient - pleased with the end result.

They arrived a day after my call and removed everything that I requested with no problems.

It went 9.5/10 well. They agreed to give an estimate before loading the truck because I was worried that I would be over a barrel if it came in high after being loaded. They quoted $390 for a half-truck. It wound up being less than a 1/2 truck, so they charged $330. The two-man crew was polite and professional. They hauled everything and swept. The price seems a bit high, but I admittedly don't know much about junk removal pricing.

They were very good. The price is very good, I compared them to somebody else. They actually came in way below. They were fantastic.

They have a huge garbage truck and they took all of my junk. They were very courteous, respectable, and dependable.
