Obtained this outfit from Angie's List. Impressed with 243 positive reviews. Todd, the owner, came out promptly after my sister called him and gave her a written estimate. Once hired they scheduled for a week or so later. Two men arrived with a dump-body specialized truck. They were a little later than planned but Todd called to advise of this. Once on site they went to work on the garage. One man spent time in the truck packing items in closely to maximize the load while the other removed items from the building. The first truck was almost filled from the garage when Todd arrived with the second truck and another man. They filled the first truck from the basement items and Todd drove that off to the dump. The three remaining men then spent the balance of time emptying the basement, a combination stone and poured concrete space, hauling everything up 8-10 steps out a Bilco door and around the house to the truck. Most of the stuff removed was moldy and mildewed from a flood a couple of years ago and pretty nasty. They took time to ask my sister about questionable items she might want to retain which was appreciated. After the gross items were all loaded they did a general sweep and shovel of any remaining debris. Metal items were separated and loaded last to be delivered to a scrap dealer for cash to the company. Tires were removed at a surcharge of $10 each which was a pass-through cost to the company. Todd honored the 10% coupon from his Angie's List page which pretty much covered the tips we gave the workers. We were quite impressed with this outfit. The trucks run on bio-diesel and are in good shape. The men were friendly and courteous, worked hard with some well-deserved breaks. Todd obviously has done his homework and runs a good operation.

Arrived 45 min late because their office gave the drivers the wrong address. Once they arrived, the worked quickly and efficiently to haul out the trash. Would definitely use them again.

After purchasing the voucher and indicating my preferred dates, I called to confirm scheduling of the pickup. The telephone agent was prompt and responsive, and on the day of service, called me to confirm the scheduled time. The pickup crew called prior to arrival to confirm how much material needed to be picked up, to make sure they had adequate truck space. The crew was then on time in arrival, courteous and speedy.

IT WAS FINE. THEY REMOVED JUNK AND DEBRIS FROM OUR BASEMENT AND WERE QUICK AND NEAT AND NO PROBLEMS - WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE WORK TO BE DONE. VERY NICE YOUNG MEN SHOWED UP TO DO THE JOB.

I called Todd for an estimate to haul away construction waste. His crew, Del and Mike, were very friend and professional. They showed up in a timely manner and haul away the waste quickly. I am very happy with the work they did and will definitely use the service again.

They were great- this is my third time using them. They scheduled the appointment for the very next day- they arrived at the time scheduled and called to let me know they were on the way - they were polite and had working. They did all the removing of the items- many of which were heavy- from multiple spots in the house. The price seemed very fair considering they do all the work for you and take it to the dump. I highly recommend their services!! I have referred many friends to them.

The crew that showed up did not have the room on their truck to take the items but immediately had another truck scheduled and took the items right away. The guys were very helpful and actually made me aware of a special that was being run so that the cost savings was able to be applied to the work they did that day. The crew was very helpful and professional. They removed doors from hinges where needed to get the large appliances out of the building and re-installed the doors on hinges when done. I added unexpected items to the truck and this was no problem for them.
