Description of Work: removed 3 cubic yards of junk. I found the price to be a bit higher then the trash company that services us. The difference is they will go into the building and remove the items you want to junk where the trash hauler will not. Since I piled the stuff up outside I would have been better off just having my regular trash haulers pick it up.

Hello: As you stated, Junk King is a full service removal company. My business model is that we provide a service; we crawl into your attic, basement, second floor, garage, or anywhere in your home or business and carry your stuff out to our truck. We sweep up afterward and are fully insured. That is the service we provide. It sounds like you didn't get a chance to use the service to your full potential and carried your own junk out to your driveway. Instead of letting us do all the work, you and your husband did all the work before we got to your house! Although I applaud your do-it-yourself nature and physical brawn, we do not try to compete with the price of you doing your own work. Like any service provider; such as a lawn care specialist, window washer, or hair stylist, the price of providing the service is more than if you mowed your own lawn, washed your own windows, or cut your own hair. From the website I did think they would take more. But the men were very pleasant and communicative. They kept me informed on expected arrival time all day.
