They were here exactly when they said they would be. They were extremely polite and efficient. They were patient as we made decisions on what to keep and what to throw out. They were nice guys, that did a nice, fast job. Thank you Todd and they guys!

Todd arrived on time for what was supposed to be an estimate. After looking over the size of the hot tub, he stated that he had enough room in the truck to take the item that day if I found the price agreeable. The quote was only slightly higher than my previous estimate, and because he could remove the object that day, I agreed. He and his crew efficiently removed the hot and the old water logged cover, and cleaned up all remnants and debris left behind on both the lawn and the driveway. He gave me a 10% Angie List discount, I wrote him a check, we shook hands and the job was done. I would recommend Todd's services to anyone in need of general junk removal.

After cleaning up our garage, we needed to haul away items that accumulated over the years. Decided to call Junk King, as they had many positive reviews. After explaining what I wanted to be hauled away, an appointment was made for the next morning. The next morning we received a phone call telling us their arrival time. They arrived at appointed time, with a crew of 3. After looking at what we had to haul away, Mike explained their pricing structure,we agreed to their price (we also had a $30 coupon). The crew went right to work, loaded the items ,cleaned and swept the area. They were done in less than 1/2 hour. The entire crew was very courteous and professional. We were very satisfied and would use Junk King again.

i am downsizing and had some large cumberson items to dispose of. The company said they would come, view the items and give me an estimate of the cost. If the price was acceptable, the would remove the items that day. The price was very reasonble so I contracted for the removal. Two of the items were difficult because both were insalled before a chairlift was put in. One item, the piano, had to be manuevered carefully through the door to get it out of thehouse. After several tries, they finally found a way. The other problem was two wooden wardrobes on the upperfloor. They broke them up with a sledge hammer carried them out and cleaned up the room afterward. Any furniture that was moved was carefully replacrd. The workers were polite, accomodating and neat. I would definitely use them again.

They removed all of my junk. They removed stuff from outside as well as my garage including plastics, metals, and a few old chairs.

I called Junk King because: (a) I needed some junk hauled away and because of (b) the Angie's List deal. Boy was I surprised. I was told that the truck would arrive at approximately 8:30am and it arrived at exactly 8:30am. The two gentlemen who came were polite and professional. They removed the items in question and when they were done, they swept (!) the area of the garage where I had placed the junk; I hadn't expected that!. I will certainly use (and recommend) Junk King in the future!

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for Junk King. After a basement clean-out, I had an accumulation of various boards, old computer monitors, lawn chairs, etc. that were no longer used or were just junk. I called Todd Porter and received a call back in less than a couple of hours. We scheduled a pickup for the next day, which was a nice surprise, and he fitted it in with my schedule, and gave me a two hour time frame. Todd called within that period to tell me I was next on the list, arrived on time, and the truck was loaded and all the junk was carted away in a very short time. He was very courteous both on the phone and in person, fully explained any charges, and I was very pleased with the prompt service and the ease of scheduling. I would definitely use his company again if need be.

Todd, the proprietor, was extremely helpful setting up a time and date. The crew arrived promptly as stated with a call about 15 minutes ahead of time. These two men were the two most polite and considerate service people I've dealt with in the last year. They worked quickly, removed junk from different floors in the house, and did a great job all in. I have a lot more to do in my house, and I will call Junk-King again. In fact, I'm getting a pile together for them already.

The workers arrived at the arranged time. They removed large amounts of yard waste, including cuttings from an invasive vine that had grown out of control. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole process took approximately 40 minutes, including cleaning up the area, leaving no waste behind. I would recommend them to others.

He called prior to coming, letting us know their approximate arrival time. They are always courteous, prompt and efficient and that's why we continue to use them during our year-long renovation process.

The staff at Junk King were all very helpful and friendly. That includes when I spoke to the office staff and the workers that came to my home. They came when they said they would be here, explained everything to me during the walk through, and were professional and friendly. They started the job and never stopped until it was finished. Their price was fair for what I asked them todo. I would definitely use their services again.

Our first appointment had to be cancelled as the truck that was scheduled to pick up my stuff was full. They called and apologized for the rescheduling. They said I could pick the date and time of my convenience due to their error. The new date was scheduled. They arrived on time. Knocked on the door and introduced themselves to my son. He showed them the rugs and the hot tub. They gave us the additional price for the hot tub, which was acceptable. They cut it up and carried it all to the truck waiting at the curb. The area where the tub was located looks immaculate. The workers were professional, pleasant and effiecent. My son was very impressed. I would recomend them to anyone and if I need other hauling, they will be my first call.

Junk King came in and collected items from a garage, a basement and a shed in the backyard. Ghey guys on the job were very nice, though one seemed more eager to get to work than the other. They sorted out recyclable items and they even removed some copper pieces off of scrap metal items and left it behind for me to scrap myself for cash. I wasn't happy with the price, but after watching them work and lift heavy items I figure the money spent was worth it since it saved my time and energy.

They walked the area with me to do an estimate. I stayed with them much of the time as I wanted stuff I couldn't get to before they removed junk and they were pleasant about that. They removed junk from the garage and shed and cleaned it up after they were finished. They asked me to check junk to make sure it was junk before they loaded it on their truck.

The service was simple to set up. I made an appointment online and received a follow up call to confirm my needs and expectations. The crew called in advance of arriving, as promised. Upon arrival they explained their service and reviewed their pricing schedule. After examining the items I had identified for removal they quoted a price in line with my expectations. We agreed on the price and they proceeded to promptly and carefully remove the items.

I made the appointment from Junk-King's website, which was very easy to use. I was also given a $30 off coupon for making the appointment on-line. As soon as I signed off from their website, I checked my mail and a confirmation e-mail was already there. The appointment was for between 10:00 am - 12:00 noon today. I received a call from them a little before 9:00 am, and the gentleman said they could be there by 9:30 if I'd like, or they could wait until 10:00. Early was fine by me, so I told them to come on ahead. They arrived at 9:30, and Steven and Josh were very pleasant and professional. They came in first to check out what I had to be removed, and gave me the price upfront. Junk-King gives you the option to refuse if you don't want to pay the price they give you. I think this is a great way to do it, as they charge by how much space your items take up in their truck and it would be hard to figure this out yourself ahead of time. I agreed to the price, and Josh and Stephen got right to work carefully removing the furniture. All in all, it only took 20 minutes from the time they arrived to the time they left, which included the estimate, moving the furniture and the final [minimal] paperwork, and an electronic receipt was sent to my email. An additional nice touch is that Junk-King recycles a very large percentage of what they haul away, as well as working with various non-profit organizations. My old furniture with be getting a new home through Habitat for Humanity! I would definitely use this company again, and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

This is a very impressive company! Our appointment was scheduled easily and in a timely manner. On the day of the hauling, Mike and Steve called before they arrived and arrived just on time. They were pleasant, relaxed, and professional. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, always communicating and emphasizing safety. After the move was complete, they swept out my garage and the area around their truck and left it cleaner than when they got there! Their attention to recycling is also impressive. They recycle, repurpose, or reuse over 60% of what they haul, and their truck even runs on biofuel. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.

I called Junk King to take advantage of the coupon in order to get ride of an old freezer and an exercise station from my basement. The 1-800 number got me directly to a very pleasant gentleman who was very helpful. He gave me a ball park idea of what the cost would be based on what I told him. He explained the whole process in great detail and we made an appointment for Friday at 3:30. Todd (the local franchise owner) called 20 minutes before arriving, just as I was told he would. They arrived at 3:30 on the nose and went right to work. They were very cheerful, positive, and worked with total synchronicity. The old chest freezer in my basement was extremely heavy. It was approx. 3' high, 6'6" long, and 3' deep. I bought this house 17 yrs ago and it had been left behind by the previous home owners. It had to be about 30yrs old. I also had an Wieder exercise station that they had to disassemble and remove from the basement as well. It probably weighed well over 500lbs. I could not see how only two guys could get this job done because no one else wanted to do it. It took them one hour from beginning to end to remove everything. Todd said no job was impossible and he proved it in my case. These guys were wonderful. Junk King's service was very friendly, cheerful, positive, and on the mark with all their service promises. They cleaned up the basement before they left as well and it wasn't even their mess to clean. That freezer hadn't been moved in all the years I've been here and there was what appeared to be a broken mirror under it and all kinds of debris. They cleaned out the whole corner. The cost was $275 after you take off the discount coupon from Angie's List.

I couldnt have asked, seriously, for any better service than that which Todd and his company performed.
