Junk King Albany

They cancelled first appointment due to first lady the scheduled day having multiple loads which was okay with us. These things happen. Rescheduled for Saturday morning. They called and verified ahead of time, arrived on time and had no issues loading what we needed to be taken away. Needed to pay for more space on the truck so entire cost was a bit more than anticipated. Probably would have made out better money wise taking items to dump, however would have had trouble loading onto truck. Two young men were able to load easily. Both were professional and pleasant.

Called and showed up when promised. Removed everything agreed upon and was very professional and pleasant.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out great. We recently moved and we had a lot of leftover packing materials, boxes and stuff so they took care of that for us. I liked them, they came through and were very professional. They got everything I told them to get and they got it done in a very efficient amount of time. We were very happy with the service they provided. They came out the following week after we purchased the Big Deal. They came out the day we agreed on and removed the trash.

It turned out very well. It was great. They are really prompt, very good at taking direction, very accommodating, generally really all around good experience. I would use them again in the future.

It went well. They arrived on time and communicated well with me before arriving so I knew what to expect. They were courteous. They are great to work with and polite and well behaved, unlike some others I've known. Upon arrival I showed them what they needed to do and they were done in about 3 hours. All cleaned up and loaded. I payed them as per our agreement. Professional, pleasant and a very good value for my money. i would hire them again.

It went really well. I had a big TV that blew up on me and they came to take that away. They broke down an old bookcase and hauled that off as well. Overall I was very happy.

I needed a reasonable, reliable and fast clean up at my Dad's house. My daughter had moved in and brought alot of junk that consumed his garage so I did what I always do when I need help with something.... I consulted Angie's list and it brought me to Junk King who happened to be running a fall cleanup special to haul your junk for $111. I followed the link, set up an appointment and they sent me an instant email confirming the date and window (Monday September 23 11 am-1 pm). nine hours before the appointment I received an email from Todd introducing himself and confirming their arrival. On Monday at 1030 am I received a call from Todd stating that they would be at my Dad's house shortly, however I wasn't there yet and told him I would need about 20 minutes. He said he would meet me there. I arrived at the house around 1050 and the truck was pulling in the driveway. I went in the back where they had already started organizing the junk and a very friendly young man introduced himself an told me my 92 year old father had come out (he made Todd nervous because he is shaky) and told him to take everything except the wheelbarrow and trash cans. He then asked if I had the coupon from Angie's list and I told him I already paid and he explained he just needed a code for the bill. I got the code from my email, gave it to him and he again showed me what my Dad had stated, then with a warm smile he and his partner (didn't catch his name) went right to work and told me they would take care of everything. About 15 minutes later the doorbell rang and there stood Todd with that same friendly smile. He told me it was done, thanked me for my business and then handed me a magnet and coupons for the "next time". i am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attitude from this job and you can bet I will be calling on them again!! Unfortunately, my daughter is the Queen of Hoarders and we are going to need a JUNK KING Intervention!!

I have never used a hauling service, so I took advantage of the Angie's List Big Deal for Junk King. I purchased the deal on Labor Day and was contacted that evening(!) by Junk King to set-up a pick up time. They showed up at the scheduled time (they called ahead to let us they were on their way) and quickly removed my pile of junk. We were super pleased with the prompt, efficient service!

They came on time, went right to work and finished in a reasonable time frame. They were friendly and professional.

There were 2 young men. One took the mattress and then the boxspring out to the truck. He insisted on doing it by himself and took a chunk out of one of the front steps up to the porch. If they'd worked together that would not have happened.

The service provided to me by Junk King - Albany turned out very well. They just really took care of everything. I showed them what needed to be removed and they did a really great job. They'll take anything you want to get rid of. Three people came out to do the work. They were very accommodating and they did what they needed to do. They were very quick and very courteous. They went above and beyond for me.

I was very happy with the service that was provided. Very professional and courteous. They were very careful not to damage walls or flooring. Some of the items were extremely heavy and they knew how to dismantle everything so that they could extract it from the house.

Junk King of Albany provided exemplary and prompt service. The manager was very courteous, professional and skillful at asking pertinent questions to gather a full understanding of our needs and our timetable. We highly recommend this provider! Top level of service at a reasonable cost. We were impressed - and very thankful for the prompt service we received.

These guys were GREAT !!!!!!! They not only removed the freezer, they cleaned up the place where the freezer was. They were very courteous . and friendly.

This was the third occassion that I used this provider and I have been very happy with their responsiveness and professionalism. They arrive on time and they have even moved items for me from one location to another. My overall experience with them has been exceptional.

The Junk King was fabulous! He was just great!

2nd time we used them, we are cleaning out slowly..we used them last fall and in June and we will use them one more time before we move.

They came and cut up the spa to make it easier (we have a two-tier deck). They cut it up and hauled it away, along with some misc. debris. Highly recommend. I had an Angie's List coupon for $99 so the whole thing came to a little more than $200.

Todd responded to a request for an estimate. He offered options which resulted in removal of fence sections AND the dismantling and removal of the rest of the fence. It was terrific! In less than 90 minutes the unsightly fence was all down and gone. Not only was Todd personable, he and his crew were professional and attentive to making sure everything was picked up and we were satisfied. We are saving Todd's/Junk-Kings's number for future jobs and highly recommend them. In addition to the quality service, we were impressed that all usable items removed in the future are recycled and/or donated.

I made an appointment to get an estimate. There was a mix-up about the time but in the end they arrived within the timeframe that had been arranged in the first place. There were two men. They looked at the area and quoted me a price, reducing it slightly due to the mix-up with the time. I thought they would schedule another time to actually do the job but they did it right then. It was a small job for them - only took about 15 minutes - but I appreciated the fact that they were willing to do it on the spot. Their demeanor was polite and professional.

Had old broken down, corroded large wooden shed... metal roof.. mud.. horrible.. been trying to get rid of it for a year.. though they might look and give me a price.... instead they gave me a price and said they could do it right now... BOW.. gone.. unbelievable how fast and well they did it.. I still can't get over it... great job.. great guys.. definitely use them you won't be sorry..................

The movers were very efficient and fast....they cleaned out everything we wanted them to take and they were extremely polite and patient with a few decisions we had to make....if we could give them a double A rating we would!......thank you Todd and your men for doing a great cleanup after the moving too ...!
