Junk King Albany

Matt called early and said he and Jason were on the way. The truck was backed up to the front of barn and upstairs they went. Oh goodness I had a full truck load and they got to work right away. I had not been upstairs in many a year and had a "barn pickers" sale so stuff was all pulled out, plus had an owl and various rodents living in barn. Sorted original woodwork (saved from renovations) and old bikes, rest of stuff was swept out of upstairs door right into truck. Stacked wood, brought bikes downstairs and asked about anything else I wanted to disappear. Only a few things downstairs - we have been working on cleaning that for 2 years. Nice people to do business with - Todd answered my questions quickly, easy to set up appointment Matt and Jason were the nicest, politest, and knowledgeable workers, a credit to the company. Job was done quickly, efficiently, and the price was right. Jason was getting over a cold and Matt was coming down with it - that never slowed them down - would hire again.!!!!!!

Right on time...Friendly, personable....got the job done...Very happy with overall experience. Extra $22 was for large, old tv which I knew in advance would be extra fee...but too large for us to get out of basement.. Thrilled it's gone.

Second time I've used this service, and I continue to be impressed. Three men took an old wardrobe and two collections of miscellaneous junk from my basement, quickly and efficiently. All were courteous and professional--and even cheerful, which I appreciated!

They arrived on time, were very professional and did what they advertised. No gimmicks or additional charges except for things I knew I would be charged for. I had a couple car batteries. They took everything and probably took a little more than they said they would. They cleaned up nicely where the trash pile was. I would definitely use them again!

Second time I called the Junk King for service and the work was agreed to over the phone, I?ve not been home for either visit and never bump into any of the team, they do what you asked for, clean up after and leave How easy is that!! This was great! They did a very good job and they were very professional. They hauled away mostly electronic equipment.

I called junk king and they sent a representative to my house to check out the shed and contents. He gave me what I thought was a fair estimate of 650 plus tax to demolish the shed and remove everything. I do not have the exact measurements but it was a very good sized wood shed with a lot of old pool supplies in it - winter covers, solar cover, plastic parts, and old pump motor, cinder blocks, etc. The shed was in very bad shape - floor rotted, boards falling off, paint peeling all around the bottom. I was at work when the job was done - they cut and or broke apart the shed, removed all the painted wood, the shingled roof, the contents and an old (heavy) tempupedic mattress and box spring. If you book through their website you get a discount which I discovered after the work was done. There was a little mess on the ground around the shed - an old blue plastic solar cover for the pool had started to disintegrate and some of the pieces were scattered in the lawn - but I think that was unavoidable. Other than that it was a quick job done right.

They were fantastic! Extremely professional and very prompt. Very reasonably priced! I would definitely use them again and I have often recommended them to friends and family members.

They gave me an estimate two weeks before I scheduled. Today they preformed the service, arriving on time and removing junk from three areas in record time. A team of three worked quickly and left my areas clean. They were each polite and professional, I'd recommend them.

The service was scheduled for the same day I called. Two pleasant young men came early after phoning first, introduced themselves, and quickly and efficiently removed everything I had indicated should go. They went above and beyond with a soaked rug and underlying carpet. This was the first experience I'd had with Junk King, and I would definitely use this service again

Was originally quoted for around $480 which the owner stated would take his company 3/4 of a truck load. Two workers arrived who were both very polite and professional. They worked very hard over the course of 4 hours removing plywood, pipes, water heaters, old furniture, steel burn barrels (completely full of garbage and liquid), and old clothes from the property. The job ended up taking a one and a half trucks to complete (with a trip to dump) and they stuck by their original quote that I was given for the 3/4 of a truck load. The workers also checked with me throughout the job to make sure everything was going smoothly. For the price (which was less than the quote for renting a dumpster from another company and doing the work ourselves) these people can not be beat. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need ever arise. Top notch!

Service was great. Junk King showed up on time and removed my junk and left my house broom clean condition. Would do business again, highly recommended.

They do a great job. They had a flat tire so they were a little late but stuff happens. Not their fault.

I called them on a Saturday, and they told me that they could come out later that afternoon. They called me right back after we hung up and said that they were actually in the area, and could be at my house in 20 minutes! They did a fabulous job and cleaned up extremely well.

I called Junk King to remove trash from my basement. Todd, Chris and Matt came by this morning, a few minutes early. In 12 minutes, they cleared out two giant piles of trash and swept the floor clean. They were organized, pleasant, clean, and fast! I couldn't have asked for more. I've already told neighbors about Junk King. Hire them!!

It went well. They were prompt, and ready to do the job. There was an extra fee for tube-type tv ($15.) and an additional $58. for only having a 1/4 load.

Through Angie's List we bought the special offer $119 to have a pick up truck size load removed from our property. The purchase through Angie's List went smoothly. And less than a day junk King sent me a message through Angie's List. I called them and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. The gentleman that was due to arrive called me approximately 40 minutes ahead of time. When he arrived he and his partner were polite and courteous and parked in the street so was not to disturb my newly installed driveway. Hey promptly removed everything as agreed. Since I had additional items to remove they told me that they would also offer me a special deal since I was an Angie's List member . I took them up on their offer and they removed all of the items that I wanted to get rid of. Several of my neighbors also approach them to seek bids on removing some of their junk. They left my property spotless. I would definitely hire them again.

The guys were great. Did the work very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Charged me extra only of a TV.
