After messing around for a year with the horrible technical and customer support at Verizon FIOS, I finally hired Chris to come out and now I have the speed I have been paying for. Chris very quickly spotted that the Verizon installer had plugged the wire from the modem into the wrong place and installed Wifi on the wrong network. Now that I have speed, I can use it to try to get Verizon to reimburse the months of S...L...O...W...
