Great experience: purchasing and installing new satellite internet connection and upgrading wireless routers. From initial response time, to ease of scheduling and arrival time. The new equipment works as promised - and installation of equipment and antenna was excellent.

We needed to upgrade our wi fi network to use Zoom and similar things without dropping the connection. Chris gave us a clear, reasonable estimate based on the successive steps we could take, and he then installed a new router and repeater that seem to have solved the problem. He took the time to explain the system carefully and to note its capabilities. Chris did a great job in fixing and explaining where the problem was and how to fix it in the future if I should have any issues due to power failures.
