Chris was great - he came over to introduce himself and to tell me about his ability and experience (and yes, he covered his boots to prevent his tracking dirt into my house even though I told him that that wasn't necessary!). And while he was here, he fixed a few of my computer problems. What's nice is that 1) he makes house calls, 2) he can fix problems remotely, and 3) his rates are extremely reasonable. I'm going to call upon him whenever I have a problem and I would definitely recommend him.

Chris was prompt and courteous, calling to let me know when he was on his way, and even covering his boots to avoid tracking dirt into my carpets. He explained exactly what repairs might be needed, and why, in terms I could understand. His pricing is fair and clearly itemized. My computer is up and running again, and I didn’t even have to leave the comfort of my home!

I had a computer problem that has reoccurred for years. In minutes he found the problem and fixed it. I'm embarrassed to say what it was. I'm just not tech savvy. He also cleaned the computer and took a lot of junk off it.
