I was looking to replace 1 17x39 inch window in the garage I purchased the voucher for $25 for $250 worth of Windows. This was basically a waste of $25.00 The Good-they did contact me immediately and scheduled an appointment, The window rep came to the house right on time as scheduled. The rep that came to my house was EXTREMELY personable, and friendly. Most of all he was respectful of my time. The Bad-the voucher can not be used to replace one window, it is only for multiple window purchases and the rep was not given any of the details for the appointment. The Ugly- When calling the operator was extremely vague and non-responsive to my questions everything was defaulted to "you need to speak with the rep." When the rep arrived he gave me a quote for the window that was 4x more expensive than I was quoted from another vendor. (over $1100.00) and I could not use the coupon for it. he explained that they have quality windows and include installation. I called another company and had a double pane, vinyl window installed for $250.00

Really nice vendor, wish they carried wood windows in addition to their vinyl ones.

They were very professional. We came close to using their services but we felt that the proposal of the other company was a better much for our house in terms of the scope of our project. We thought that their pricing was reasonable and that they were knowledgeable. They demonstrated a very good product and they took the time to try to understand what we wanted to do.

The entire old clapboard was removed and carted away. Insulation board was installed and vinyl siding was put over the top. Around all the windows metal trim was placed over the wooden frames. I had a large motorized awning taken down and when it went back up they reinforced the entire affair so it didn't cause the siding to buckle from the weight. The awning had gotten shifted in the move and had to be readjusted which took some effort but eventually worked as intended with three revisits by the company's technician. The workers were punctual, courteous and efficient.

They were excellent. They provided good service and were very good to work with. Their price was compatible with the other quotes that we got. Their quality was excellent.

They were fantastic. The price was a little bit on the high end but well worth it for the quality of the windows and the punctuality of the service. The installation was terrific. They cleaned up. It was just beautiful.

There was a delay with installation, but the service manager called and explained why prior to rescheduling. The technician arrived on time to install the door and did a very thorough job of removing the previous door, installing the new door and interior trim work and ensuring that all potential leak paths were thoroughly caulked. I would highly recommend Champion window, there price and service were both truly exceptional!

The price, quality of materials, workmanship, and customer service was excellent. The only problem was getting 4 windows that were finished on the inside with a wood tone color. The contract called for 22 windows: 18 white both sides and four white outside with a wood tone inside. Champion explained at the contract signing in mid September that the wood tone windows would take longer to receive from their factory. We agreed to install the 18 white windows when they arrived in mid October and follow up with the wood tone installation. Our contract had a promised completion date of November 16, 2013. The wood tone windows were not installed until November 21st. Close to the end date but far from the many promised dates between the initial October 15 installation and the final installation. Customer services was available and helpful with my final installation concerns and adjusting my payment schedule to start in December after he work was completed and not in November as originally agreed. As luck would have it, one of the wood tone window sashes cracked in January and the company agreed to replace it without hassle. It was a wood tone, so it took about 6 weeks to get a replacement from the factory. When the replacement was uncrated at my home in February it was damaged in shipment and could not be installed. As of April 2013, I am waiting the replacement. I am planning to have Champion replace three white basement windows without the wood tone finish on the inside.

The service a follow service was excellent. We went to sales room to see actual product and talked in length about our expectations of Champion! They were great!

Jon Simons explained quality & benefits extremely well prior to ordering. Installer arrived on scheduled date & installed windows within 2 days. Service was excellent and all promises were carried out in professional manner.

Work went as expected. Started sunroom/deck during winter months, poured foundation, installed deck, sunroom, sub hour, roof to expectations, obtained certificate of occupancy. Also didn't charge for moving outside waterline. Excellent at cleanup and removed old product. Would highly recommend.

The service men arrived on schedule. They methodically removed the old windows, installed and caulked the new windows. They had very good team work. Each member knew what to do and when. There wasn't any wasted time. There was one "glitch" during installation. The sericeman performing the caulking had some caulking material transfer from his clothing onto the vinyl siding on the front of the house and it left a noticeable mark. I had the house sided about 5 years ago and fortunately had some left over siding. The crew removed the marked siding and installed the new pieces. The was some color difference, but it gradually changes to look like the older siding. Our salesman (Christopher) was very good. He made himself available for questions and was quick to follow-up. I was originally going to purchase two replacement awning windows and they were included in the original estimate. However, when the final pre-measurement was performed, I was told that my windows were too small to be replaced. They are not tiny windows, but older Anderson windows. So, I kept the original awning windows, which were the best of the group, and they still perform well. My only disappointment is with the size of the replacement windows. Because they have larger, insulated sashes, the window opening is much smaller. I had some difficulty obtaining window air conditioners that would fit into the new windows.

They were very thorough and polite. The salesman was not terribly well informed. We still haven't gotten the estimate back from them. We are not happy that we haven't heard back from them.

Great product, very timely, installation was OK. I had to do some cleanup of excessive caulk and hand prints. Also had to redo some of the caulking. For the top dollar price - it could have been better.

They were clean, friendly, and did everything well. If you needed something fixed they came back. All of the materials were high quality.

I had to be present the first day as they initially were reluctant to pull down all the old siding but that was written into my original estimate so they did tear it all off. The two man crew worked quickly and seemed to be quite capable. I had a problem with the awning when it was returned to place as it "bite" into the vinyl siding. They took it off and removed some siding and put up a clad cross piece to support the awning better. They also returned after the job to re align the tautness on the canvass spread arms to remove a slight slant on the fully extended awning. I was satisfied with their efforts to correct these and one or two other minor problems.

All of the service was great, from the initial estimate and visit from Roy, to the final measurement, to the installation.

We had shopped around many different replacement window comapnies for our 6 window project. Eventually it came down to price and our comfortability with the company as all the windows out there seem about equal with the government requirements. We settled on Champion because their price was about the same as we had heard a few times and received a good referral from a coworker that had done business with them. They definately delivered what they said they would. The windows actually came in early and they were installed within a month of our initial contact. The installers were very professional and quick. The salesman was a salesman, but wasn't insulting or pushy and allowed us to leave for an hour to make the decision instead of the "make a decision right now" tactics that seems to be so prevelent in the industry. We did have one facotry defect in one window and the repair tech was out in a day to resolve the issue. Overall we're very happy with Champion and would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows.
