Description of Work: Champion Window did not return phone calls as I was told they would. Most of the conversation with the Champion Window person show much more they had to charge to come to my area. I went with [another company] and they were so much more responsive and helpful. B for [another company] and F for Champion Window.

Description of Work: They had to reframe my picture window and did an absolutely beautiful job. Paul was great. I'd recommend him to anyone!! :-) It was even done very quickly and accurately. No complaints!!

Description of Work: Champion installed a 4 season sunroom. Overall things went well. A few bumps in the road but issues were dealt with promptly. After all it is construction. Finished product is high quality and beautiful. We are very happy with our new room.

Description of Work: They measured and put in the windows. After the windows were done, we discovered they were not put in correctly. They had to come back and redo the job and put the windows in correctly.
