Description of Work: We bought patio set on July 4th, 2009. The sales folks were very helpful and nice. They even used their own vehicle to transport that day since we needed the furniture that evening. Their product selection was of the highest quality. Very good experience.

Description of Work: The fireplace stopped working. Craig came out within about 24 hours notice to check it out. They informed me up front the labor charge on the phone before setting up the appointment which would be plus parts if needed. Craig arrived promptly and took extremely good care. They remove shoes before coming in. They lay down two moving mats to protect your floors. He explained exactly what he was doing, disassembled and checked everything that could be checked with a voltmeter, checked for gas leaks etc. He inspected each component that could be the cause. He identified an apparent alignment problem with a shut off that appeared to be interrupting the burner operation. He narrowed it down to this or another possible component but decided that it was best to try the adjustment first to avoid possibly replacing a part un-necessarily. He reinstalled the part, drilling a new hole in the mounting frame to ensure it was held soundly in place. He indicated that if this did not fix the problem that under their labor warranty they would return and replace the part for that cost only no additional labor charge. This professional service we received was almost exactly as provided by Maurice who has performed prior maintenance. The training the employees receive appears to very aggressive and factory provided. We have had the fireplace for about 6 years and from the original installation to the routine maintenance have been well cared for by Best Fire. This is a product that does require some ongoing maintenance so I would urge buyers to factor in service issues when they make their purchase decision. I would also note that upon installation their were a few snags but Best did everything possible to address those issues and stood behind their labor and product warranties.
