Description of Work: The provider replaced all wood and replaced with maintenance free materials on front porch, around windows and garage. Also, built a maintenance free deck off the back of our kitchen. Previously, painted interior ceilings, replaced railings leading to upstairs, installed hardwood floors, and replaced family room fireplace.

Description of Work: The owner of the company ( " Perkins") initially met with me to inspect the job ( full deck replacement including installation of inspector approved concrete supports) and provide a "not to exceed" quotation . During the initial meeting Perkins provided a few "quality" conscientious suggestions for the completion of the job which I appreciated ( which were not offered by his competition for the job) . Once we worked out the details and the job started ( on time as promised), Perkins was at the job working throughout; both hands on and supervising his workers to insure the job was done as promised. The job lasted over two weeks ,as expected, which included unexpected surprises that came up that Perkins was able to figure out within the budget. In the end, the job was completed on time, within budget, and was done with exceptional workmanship. I have a very high standard for workmanship that is to be performed on my home and Perkins fulfilled every expectation that I had going into the project. You can always find someone to perform a job for less, however if you are looking for exceptional service at a fair price, seriously consider Perkins Home Improvement.

Description of Work: Chris remodeled our kitchen and laundry/mud room last November (2015). He was extremely professional and prompt. We felt comfortable leaving him alone in the house for extended periods of time. He installed the hardwood & laminate floors, kitchen and laundry room cabinets, put in tile backsplash, replaced the popcorn ceiling, and did assorted plumbing and electrical work.

Description of Work: I have used them for many things small and large in the past and this time around was a lot of smaller things - new wainscoating and painting -small roof leak - plumbing repair - furniture repair - hard wired smoke detector issues. In the past they have remodeled kitchen and baths, siding, and new roof.
