Perkins Home Improvement did an excellent kitchen remodel. Chris and crew were timely, clean and professional. We love the kitchen and will have them come back to do our bathroom remodel.

The crew was always on time,very courteous and neat workers. When they left for the day you would not have known they were here. Finished the complete job in time quoted and final price was on target as quoted.

My experience with Chris was fantastic. Very professional, work is thorough, and he did not cut any corners. Very easy to work with to get the job done exactly as the customer wants. Services included removal of a load bearing wall, new windows, door, electrical, cabinet install. I have recommended Chris and his team to many other people who have only had positive experiences as well. The job site was always left clean which is nice when you want to check out the progress and don't have to trip over tools and debris. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of work. You will not be disappointed if you choose Perkins Home Improvement for your next household project.

Chris and his team were extremely professional, punctual, and made sure every last detail was taken care of. We got several quotes before going with Perkins Home Improvement and they were all significantly higher. We will definitely be using Chris and his team again for future projects and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Work was prompt, professional and complete. As an added bonus they repaired some ceiling damage in rooms other than the bathroom that were not part of the original quote - but still kept the cost within the original quote figure.

They were great! Professional, friendly, good quality work. They showed up when they were supposed to which I have to say is a first for any contractor I’ve used in wny.

Chris came out for a semi-emergency job to fix a broken electrical outlet with exposed live wires. he also checked out some other work i needed done and agreed to help me with some bathtub repairs. i was so please with the professionalism and timelines of his work and those of his workers. if i had any other work he could help with i would definitely call him.

Replaced a Jacuzzi tub, redid the shower and Floor along with faucets and lights. The work was done in a timely fashion and it is perfection plus. Chris even came back and replaced our toilet which wasn't working properly. We purchased the toilet on our own and he still came back to replace it. Can't recommend him enough!!

EXCELLENT!! Chris was the only contractor who called me back. He arrived when he said he would, gave me the estimate when he said, and started the job when he said he would. He was on the job site everyday, the workers were polite, punctual, very thorough, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Tile work is beautiful! If you want to use his services, I would suggest you book ASAP. I had to wait 4 months because he was in such high demand.

If we had another job to do I would definitely contact him again.

I never paid a contractor money for work that I could figure out myself so I decided that because of the extensive structural changes needed in my remodel I would go to Angies list. I read all of the reviews and Perkins Home Imp were so good that I asked the man when I met him if he wrote them himself. All I can say is that I took a flier on him just because he was very businesslike, punctual and seemed like a really good man. Well all I can say is that Perkins Home Improvement went above and beyond all my expectations . Chris and his crew are the best and my kitchen looks like it came out of Better Homes and Gardens and would highly recommend them. They were very responsive to our needs and anything we asked of them they did without a song and a dance. We would definitely hire him again and would not hesitate referring them to our friends and family !

Excellent work done! I am extremely happy. Chris and his men were very professional, on time, precise and delivered quality work. Chris had good advice, but left the choice to me (I followed his advice). They tiled the walls and the floor, painted the walls, installed vent, cabinet, toilet. I would hire again in a split second!

We LOVE our finished basement. Chris Perkins is flexible, dependable, approachable, and reasonable. Chris and everyone he employs or with whom he contracts are professional, tidy, and do fantastic work. My children and I were at home for the majority of the time the work was being done and I was 100% comfortable with all of the workers in & around our house. We will call Chris for any future work on our home, and encourage anyone looking for a contractor to do the same.

We couldn't be happier with the end product. Actually, we couldn't be happier with the entire project. From the very beginning of the estimate, to the last day of work everything went smoothly with no hiccups. Chris is extremely punctual, courteous, respectful and neat. We have never had an experience with a contractor who said he would arrive and 8:00 a.m. and actually arrive at that time and on that day promised. Chris would arrive 5 minutes early! Upon our return to our home after work there wasn't any evidence of leftover materials ... not even a speak of dust. We highly recommend Chris and his staff.

I would give Chris the highest recommendation possible. He does fantastic work at a fair and reasonable price. (I don't even bother to get another quote when I'm looking at a job - I trust Chris implicitly.) He is neat, punctual (you can set your watch to his arrival time), quiet, and courteous to a fault. Communication throughout a project is excellent. We hired him to remodel our master bath - a major job that involved moving walls and taking the entire space back to the studs and floorboards. It couldn't have gone more smoothly and the results were spectacular. We relied on his recommendations, judgement, and input and were able to do the job without hiring an architect. He finished on time, on budget, and with no surprises along the way. Yesterday he replace three large storm windows for us and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows and his work. His assistant even touched up the paint on the inside window sill that had developed wear over the years. As always, when he left, you couldn't tell that any work had just been done. We would never think of doing any work on our house with first consulting Chris. If it's something he can do, I would never consider working with anyone else.

We contacted him. He came over and reviewed the job with us to understand the requirements. He contacted material suppliers for prices and them provided a quote. He scheduled the replacement with us and did the job as scheduled. We are pleased with the result. We would do business with him again. We have recommended him to friends.

It went perfectly. Punctual, professional, no surprises. Excellent quality.

Very well. Chis told us his start date & approximate end date, what time he would come over & how long he would be in the house each day. He worked alone for the 1st 2 jobs but had a helper for the computer room. He will subcontract complicated electrical and plumbing work. No issues with the subcontractors. In fact we had his electrician replace our 1958 circuit box with a 2016 box, more room & safer. We have had other contractors perform really poor plumbing work, but not Chris YES, we shall hire him again. Next year he'll be back for the main bathroom. His workmanship is excellent. He's easy to work with, accommodating, and rather quiet.

Prior to us calling Chris Perkins, my husband and I noticed that while our neighbors were on vacation, there was a very hardworking young man working at their home. It was a very hot summer and this young man was diligent. No long, leisurely breaks - this guy was no slacker. He kept regular business hours and probably even longer. When my neighbors returned, I asked about this young man and told them I was impressed with his work ethic. The young man was Chris Perkins. They showed me the bathroom he had remodeled and I knew we had to call Chris to update our bath. I already knew that Chris had an impressive work ethic, remember, my neighbors weren't even home and Chris worked his butt off. I already knew I could trust him to do an honest day's work when my husband and I were at work ourselves - so I gave Chris a spare key! How nice it was to come home from work everyday and see progress...and the house was clean too! Chris' prices are competitive. We didn't want to risk it on some other contractor that might have saved us a couple of hundred bucks, We knew the job would be quality, on time, and very professional service. Chris is the whole package. We have since called Chris for drywall, shelving, storage in our basement and will soon be asking him to fit us in for a few more jobs around the house.

To say we are pleased with Chris' work and professionalism would be an understatement. He is responsive, prompt, diligent, and, most important, does beautiful work. He turns around estimates with a couple days, answers all questions, shows up when he says he will, works all day, and finishes the job in about half the time as other contractors because he works so hard. Oh, and there are no hidden costs. He bills you what the estimate says. I've recommended him to friends and family and everyone is impressed.

We have underwent several project with Perkins Home Improvement between 2013 and 2016. Consistently we have found the process to be very smooth, and we have been very satisfied with the work that has been completed. Throughout the projects listed we have found the following: Quoting Process -Process is prompt and timely. -There is an up front discussion of the issues, so there are no unexpected surprises during the project -Scope of work is clearly defined. Cost effective options we brought to my attention up front to be discussed and mutually decided upon -Very thorough. The quote includes details so there are no questions down the road. Execution of Project -Projects have all finished within the anticipated timeframe -Projects have all finished within the quoted budget (a testament to the thoroughness, transparency, and accuracy of the quotes) -Project quality consistently exceeds expectations (demonstrates the knowledge and craftsman ship of Chris and his crew) -Communication of any issues or unforeseen circumstances throughout the project is great. Eliminates any confusion or questions related to the ongoing work -Overall, the work is done well, communication throughout it great, and our satisfaction with the work speaks for itself. We continue to use Perkins Home Improvement for all projects Other -The work area, and the surrounding area are cleaned daily and no mess is left behind (my wife appreciated this) -Chris has been able to accommodate a tight schedule on several occasions -Very good at describing the many trade-offs in a project as there are often cost/quality considerations. He often gives an honest opinion, describes the advantages and disadvantages of all options, and lets the homeowner decide. In our experience, many contractors will take shortcuts to save cost, while pocketing the difference. This is not the case here, and leaves the homeowner informed, and with a job they are satisfied with.
