Because Nick's bid was higher than the other 2 quotes I received for this project, I chose someone else.

It went very smoothly. Only took a few hours. No mess. Careful attention to details

Everything from the initial call to schedule a bid through the installation was smooth and professional. I received three bids with Precision being the lowest by a moderate amount. Irregardless of the low bid, I would have chosen Precision due to the prompt professionalism. Nick, the owner, arrived on time for the bid and provided a written estimate on a easy to read form on the spot. No other bid was a nicely presented. Others were oral or written on a business card. Unlike the other two companies, Precision provided me with a very wide array of color samples that made matching the gutters and downspouts easy. Together, at the time of bid, we went over the color choices and Nick explained how he would install the gutters and placement of downspouts. He understood the special placement of a downspout to keep it out of the reach of horses who may damage it. Based on the price and professionalism I chose to use Precision at the time of his bid. (I had previously received the other two bids). An install date was established later the same day after Nick returned to the office. The work was done on time and the work sites left clean. I am very happy with the work and the entire process.

I had gutters installed in the front of my house.

Precision Gutters did an excellent job replacing my gutters. As a courtesy they even came early to remove all old gutters before painters were scheduled to start. Precision was on time for appointments and did not leave a single mark on my new paint job while installing the new gutters. Gutters look great.

They arrived on time and did everything as expected. They are neat, polite, and always cleanup when they are done. I will continue to use them to clean our gutters twice a year.

Company set up February 9th in the afternoon. When they hadn't showed up at the agreed-upon time, I called and was told they got tied up at another job. (I'm not sure whether they would have called and told me, had I not called them first to find out what happened to them.) They rescheduled for the next day, showed up and completed the work as agreed. They had quoted me a price to include the patio gutter, but when they were unable to do that part of the job, they reduced the price accordingly. When they finally did come and do the work, they were professional and seemed competent. I would use them again.

Very easy to work with and the estimation is right on. Owner came for the estimation and also performed the repair work. Job was done on time and professionally.

These guys were awesome! They were quick, on time and professional. It all went smooth as silk and was on schedule. This is very rare these days but good to see.

They were prompt and on time. They got my quote very quickly and followed up. They were very good and I'll probably have them install the gutters this fall.

Professional, easy to understand estimate with work options we asked for. Installed without issues in 2006 with no issues to date. Also obtained higher estimates from other contractors.
