They came on appt. date and time. New gutters installed in 2018.

They never bothered to respond! If you need gutters don’t rely on them being interested in doing the work.

Work was performed on schedule and business owner was responsive to my estimate and scheduling needs. Installation was top quality. I have confidence my new gutters will perform well for a very long time.

Previously, I had given Precision Seamless Gutters an A rating. However, my experience this fall (2016) is forcing me to change the rating to an F. In September, I called to schedule an appointment to have our gutters cleaned in late November. On the scheduled date, no one appeared. I called, and the call was returned by Nick, the owner, who told me that he was out of town and that the crew felt it was too wet to clean the gutters. At our house, everything was dry. Nick rescheduled for Friday of that week. Again, no one came to the house so I made more phone calls to the company. My phone calls were not returned. I continued to call daily for the next week before Nick returned a call to say that he was too busy to clean our gutters (after being a customer for about ten years). He referred me to other companies. Of course, at the peak of the gutter-cleaning season, no one was available. In addition, we have had trouble with water spilling over a gutter and Nick installed an additional drainpipe to resolve the problem. It turns out that, in prior cleanings, his crew had never unscrewed an existing drainpipe and that it was completely clogged, although he told me that all drainpipes had been disassembled and cleaned each year after the his crew cleaned the gutters. (We discovered, when we went to do some work, the drainpipe had been painted together by a prior owner of the house (over ten years ago). The original screws had been painted into place and never been unscrewed. This was very sloppy work by Precision Seamless Gutters crew.) I told Nick about the problem when we made the 2016 appointment. In conclusion, I would not recommend a contractor who is unwilling to keep an appointment or to call to cancel the appointment if he is unable to make the commitment. In addition, not returning any of my phone calls is not acceptable to me. (after a week of my phone calls, the call was returned-too late!)

This provider has become completely unresponsive after 5 phone calls. We used them for years to not only install our gutters and do a few repairs but also to clean the gutters twice a year. He made appointments then did not show up two times which was a huge inconvenience to me. I tried to text and call him, but not even a response to say "we can't do your gutters anymore" - instead, he just ignored my phone calls. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND using this company, and found a couple of others that are doing a terrific job at a good price. This company is a huge disappointment is their unprofessional attitude. I take back my past good reports on this company - and I will add good reviews for the current companies that I can recommend.

Got a prompt, onsite quote. Even in the busy season. Showed up when they said they would and did what the promised. No fuss. When I called them, I always had to leave a message. But I always got a call back same day or next day. No complaints about responsiveness. Otherwise, the gutters look good and we even got to test them with a storm right away. They work better that I thought they would and they are definitely helping with some drainage problems. Thanks guys!

I contacted this company one week ago by phone. Then emailed a few days later, then sent an Angie's List message a few days after that. Still no response, another company already scheduled and fixed the problem within 3 days time. Either they have a problem with their answering and messaging service, or they already have enough work to not need to even acknowledge new customers.

Nick was all business and no drama, very much appreciated. On the spot appraisal and quick lead time to do the work. Crew was very competent and organized. Finished product was better than expected given the constraints of a tough roofline to work with. Would not hesitate to use again.

I got some other quotes that were cheaper, however I decided to go with Nick because of the feedback from this site. Im glad I did because he is an honest and straight forward guy. I dont feel that the cheapest is necessarily the best, im happy with my choice and would recommend anyone to go with precision gutters.

This company was terrific to work with! I called and provided measurement of area needing gutters. They gave me a choice of colors for the gutters and we set a date for installation. They arrived promptly at the appointed hour and did the work quickly and efficiently. They were polite and professional. I requested an extra downspout to replace an old damaged one which they willingly installed. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them.

Nick and his team showed up on time, they were professional, courtious and quick. If you are looking for rain gutters, these are the best. Nick was awesome! The wife commented that this is the first time we had work done on the house that went 100% as we anticipated and reasonable cost.

Nick, the owner and one of the two installers, did another small job for me in 2012. I was so pleased with the work I contacted Precision again for my tool shed gutter. Each time I have contacted Precision I either reach Nick or leave a message that is returned within 24-hours. When he schedules a time to give an estimate or do the work he quotes a 30-min. window and is always within that time frame. If anything changes like with the weather, he calls and reschedules. When he arrives for a bid he has a myriad of color chips to choose from. He provides a formal written estimate (not on the back of a business card). I have found Precision to be the low to next to the lowest bidder on my two jobs. The professionalism, neatness, communication and general pleasant demeanor of Nick and his installer(s) is outstanding so price becomes a secondary concern . I only wish more service providers were as professional and cheerful. I'd hire Nick and Precision Seamless Gutters anyday!

They were on time, very professional, thorough and did a beautiful job.

I was very satisfied and will definitely use this company for future gutter cleanings and any repair issues. As an update, Precision Seamless Gutters has been cleaning the gutters for several years. They have also added a drainpipe from a gutter. I continue to be quite satisfied with their work and definitely recommend them to others.

Nick and his helper were right on time. They had identification and were very professional. We briefly discussed the issues and the possible corrections and then it took them very little time to complete the repairs. The service call was supposed to be $75.00, which I thought was fair, especially as they had not installed these gutters. However, NIck waived the fee as he felt the repairs had been very minor. When I tried to point out that gas was expensive, Nick simply stated he had another appointment in my neighborhood. Needless to say, I was very happy! In future if I need any additional work done, I will definately call this company. I would be very happy to refer them to my friends and relatives as well.

Everything worked out great! When they came out, I told when was I was looking for. They assessed the situation and were able to provide me with a quote right away. They were competitively priced to the other ballpark estimates that I received. There was no pressure to make my decision and I was able to contract with them that same day for the work in the future. It took about three weeks from the time they were here to actually complete the work because of their schedule. However, that did not bother me. When they came to do the work, they were very nice, friendly, professional, and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the work that they did. They even cleaned out my back gutters. They came out just a week ago after I noticed a possible problem. It ended up not being a gutter issue, but it was an excellent experience with them.

Ok. They arrived on time and the installation went well. However, when the first good rain came I my gutters were not working in several areas around my house. The angles were off and my brother came over to fix them. It occured to me that they didnt test the gutters with water after installation.

I first used Precision to repair a section that had blown down during a recent storm. They showed up right on time and replaced a 20' section for just over $100. They had to order the piece to color match and they returned on the scheduled day and the new piece matches perfectly. A month later I had them put new rain gutters on a rental property, two story. Same experience - bid and work were completed exactly when committed, the price was very fair, and the quality of the gutters is excellent. Professional, friendly and most importantly, met every commitment without and quot;modificationsand quot; or up-charges.

They were quick to come and do the estimate. It didn't take very long but it was nicely detailed so we understood what all the charges would be. The final estimate was a bit more than we could afford right now and they worked with us to do at least the front of the house right now. I will definatey be calling them when we are ready for the rest of the house to be done. We were supposed to have the work done on Monday but we got an email saying they wouldn't be able to make it out until Tuesday, I personally feel that they should have made a phone call not just sent an email. This ruffled my feathers slightly. They arrived first thing Tuesday morning and worked quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the final product and would recommend Precision Seamless Gutters to my neighbors and friends.
