On time and installed as promised! When unexpected new sioe issue developed, follow up visit was promptly made to analyze and remedy with no additional cost to me. They were great!

I initially picked this company because I saw a favorable rating. My husband was out of the country, so I knew I had to find someone trustworthy. My experience with this company may only reflect the actions of the individual and not the company, but I found the service on that particular day to be lackluster at best. Let me explain - my boys and I flew in late from outside the country. Upon settling in for bed (washing faces and brushing teeth) we found water pooled up in our family bath and upon further inspection, we found more in my husband's bathroom. The water (at one time) had reached out into our hallway and into our bedroom. Ultimately this water had traveled approximately 10 feet or so from the bathroom. Now, the gentleman arrived around 4:30 or 5 o'clock as scheduled. He was prompt and clean. I invited him in and began to tell him what we had witnessed. Upon his arrival there was no active leaking. He did a perfunctory investigation of the bathrooms and beneath the house but didn't arrive with any conclusions as to why things were wet or if this would happen again in the future. Upon pressing him further, he judged that we had a leaky pipe and changed some fittings and such. He really didn't seem confident in his analysis, nor did he seem to care if what he did solved our problem. I felt like he really just wanted to go home and eat his dinner. After the 500 dollars we paid him, we had to hire another plumber, who turned out to be both knowledgeable, forthcoming, and efficient. That 500 dollars was well spent. Prinz Plumbing was really a godsend, especially since I was all on my own.

Paul, the Technician, performed both jobs in a very reasonable time. Checked cooler fan, pump and started cooler for the season. The toilet was taking a very long time to refill after flushing and had to flush twice in most cases to make sure all debris went down. After the technician, Paul, installed a new flow valve, the toilet refills much faster and now works just fine with only one flush.

They are always very punctual and professional. I have used them many times as they can be trusted and I know that the work will be done beyond my satisfaction for the cost.

One Hour Heating & A/C responded to my call to Michaels; they explained that Michaels is their commercial company. The bid from One Hour Heating to replace my furance and install a/c was almost $2000 higher than 2 other bids - Lincoln Heathing & A/C and Sparks Heating & A/C.

Everything went great. No problems. New hose bib works fine.

I had a leaky outside hose faucet. I called Michael's and made an appointment. Before the workman came, I was called & told when he was on his way. He replaced 2 faucets. The work was done in a timely manner and without incident. The plumber was entirely professional and polite. I was also given a 5% senior discount.

Michael's Plumbing is professional from the first contact to the completion of the job. We had to replace a kitchen sink and it was a very complicated process. The company sent out Herk who was meticulous in taking the measurements, searching for a sink, returning to make a template, then returning with the template to ensure that the sink would fit properly and tile replacement would not occur. When the sink arrived, the company called to set up a time that would work for us. Nigel arrived on time, worked quickly, but carefully. At the completion of the job, he cleaned up his tools, all debris, and handled the paperwork very professionally. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their work, the honesty of the employees and the care to detail by all. We will definitely use them in the future. The Kelly's

Excessive use had broken the arm off and made replacement impossible (no idea why it was there in first place). The tech took one look at it and suggested replacing entire output line and assembly with larger pipe and standard hose bib. Whole thing took 15 minutes. Also, he was on time, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after his work. The charge was for a standard service call.

They did a very good job. They were clean, polite and I was happy with their work.

These guys are great. They are always on time and very professional. It is clear that they are very well trained. We have used them to service our heater in the past and have always been extreme;y happy with the service. When we got A/C installed, and they were very courteous and did the work in less time than the estimate. The dispatcher called and said they were on the way. They showed up (two guys) and walked around the house with my husband, deciding where the outside unit should be placed. They set to work immediately, and were very professional and did not disturb us (we work from home). Everything works perfectly, and they answered all the questions that we had.

Michael was very professional, prompt and courteous. I was very impressed with his work and with his staff. Everyone that I had contact with from start to finish was extremely pleasant. I have told all my friends about this company as they are the first company that does honest work and does not try to sell you something you don't need. I will continue to use them for all my heating and plumbing needs as I trust them implicitly.

The service was very good- A plumber, Paul, was sent out within 1/2 hour of my phone call. He was pleasant. worked efficiently and did a thorough job. He kept the site clean as he worked..

It went very well. He was very courteous, very prompt, and made it very easy-going going for us. He cleaned up nicely, and wasn't unassuming towards us.

I've been very happy with the service they've given me. They always get here when I call them.

The experience was pretty good. They were professional. The experience was fine but there was nothing that made it stand out. I had them scheduled for one day between 10-12. At 10 minutes before 12 I called and they had some big project and were not able to come at all that day. I wish they would have called me earlier to see if they could reschedule. I would use them again.

They are prime and as far as I am concerned they are the best in our county. There has never been an issue with them; they have always been perfect. I have a yearly contract with them and they service some of our other appliances. Their prices are competitive and I will use them again in the future.

Very professional, punctual and fast. Excellent work but a tad pricey.

No problems but the cost was very high

No one else would come for at least 24 hours. This company sent someone out right away (after hours), and he fixed it. I really appreciated his working so hard to clear my lines when it was freezing outside and rather late in the evening. He was great!

They were excellent. They came out when they said that they would for the estimate and even called about coming out a little early. They came out right on time the following day for the appointment. I would call them back in the future. I give them all A's for their service.

Quick response, about 2hours after phone call. Quality of work is unremarkable. What frosted me was the fact that they begin charging for services the moment they call you to say they are departing from their previous job to come to your house. Once here it became apparent the guy couldn't work and talk at the same time, and he wouldn't quit talking. A simple valve replacement to a water heater seemed very expensive. I paid the bill, and went to HomeDepot to price out the parts listed on the bill and found that Michael's was charging as much as 6 times what HomeDepot was. So, I called Michael and appraised him of the high cost of the bill and my dissatisfaction for the extra time used for his employee taking a 10min bathroom break (which I paid for), travel time (which I paid for), and wasting time to drag the time out (which I paid for). After speaking with his plumber, he admitted that I'd been over charged for parts and promised a refund for the difference. I'm moderately happy with the refund, but I wouldn't use this company again. This experience cost them the job to replace my furnace 2 months later.

They have very curteous service by phone and they're familiar and personable. They respond quickly to service needs and they do an excellent job for us.
