Description of Work: Called to fix a kitchen faucet that would not turn off. The plumber looked at it, took it apart, said 'Yes, it needs a little part replaced. I'll call you when I get it and come back to do the repair." That took about 20-25 min. He came back and spent another 20 min. And then handed me a bill for over $250. I paid, but later called the office and questioned the amount. They verified, saying it was his $90/hr. Fee, plus a "diagnostic" fee, plus about a $15 part. I felt ripped off and won't be calling them again.

Description of Work: I called them this week because my dryer hose was bad. Michael replaced it and installed a new one that was the correct hose for this dryer. The company that installed the washer and dryer initially used the wrong and cheap kind of hose and it kept falling off. The work was done quickly.

Description of Work: Cleaned drains , removed toilet to run snake. Found out there was no sewer clean out in my sewer line. They had to find and dig for my sewer line and install out.et in very cold weather. They did a very good job under the circumstaces.. We were very thankful

She provided an honest, frank estimate of the price we could expect and was a pleasure to talk to and made us feel quite confident about Michael's impending service call. When Brandon arrived, he assessed the problem quickly and practically, and set to work solving our problem and alleviating our worst fears about our "sanitaire" problems.
