Alan replaced old headers on upper deck and after bid replace part of the riling that was bad as well without an additional charge. He was great to work with.

Alan removed old deck and spa, replacing it with a new composite deck and oversaw the installation of a new larger swimspa that turned out great. The project became larger and more complicated than originally planned and he was able to adjust and complete the job to our specifications better than expected and for a reasonable price. We are very pleased with the final result and would definitely hire him again.

Alan was very nice. He took the time to tell and show me what was needed and why. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The deck is now back where it's supposed to be. His price was also very reasonable. I would say if you hire Alan Masterfield Construction...you cannot go wrong! I will have Alan and his crew do my laminate flooring for me very soon. Alan Masterfield is an experienced professional, hard working, enjoys what he does and he does outstanding work. He built a deck from a picture and it came out beautiful. The original porch was built by homeowner and was not done to code. It was soon to collapse. Alan rebuilt to porch from the ground up, a truly fantastic job. Highly recommend Alan. A great person with a strong work ethic, which is so hard to find.
