Description of Work: Had to replace an leaky ancient anit-freeze exterior valve - and required crawl space crawling to get to the the interior pipe. |Showed up in the 2-hr appointment window, worked for about 40 minutes to put in a new valve/sillcock and check for leaks under the building. |Charged for the 1-hr minimum. |A good job, professionally done well (and without bogus add-ons!). |I do recommend. |

 + -1 moreWhat the tech did he did great. But he had no knowledge of RO systems. Not his fault. When I scheduled the service, I specifically asked for a tech that could do the RO system. Required me to find another company, pay an additional service call fee, just to do the RO. Have had Jet do other work and it was done efficiently and to expected standard. Was disappointed this time around. Would probably only use them in future if I could find no one else.
Description of Work: Needed plumbing hook-ups cmpleted after a kitchen remodel. Reconnected sink plumbing, new garbage disposal, water line to Refer, and dishwasher. Was also supposed to reconnect Reverse Osmosis system. Couldn't!!

They have done this job several times in the past with the drain usually staying open for 6-12 months. The price has gone up from $80 in 2003 to $120 now.

Description of Work: Beware. They gave me an estimate and then tripled it. They said I needed a massive amount of work/repairs which I later discovered were completely unnecessary. I am so thankful I got a second opinion before continuing on with this company's recommendations.
