I hired JET to winterize my house by disconnecting the house from the well, draining down the interior piping and installing anti-freeze in all the drain traps. They were very professional, showed up for the appointment when promised and completed their work within 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely use them again, as well as recommend them to others.

We had a leach system failure where water was coming up out of the ground at the end of a 60 foot pipe that ran out into our horse arena. We called Jet Plumbing and they came out and determined that we were having a leach system failure and that we needed to have a new trench and pipe installed. Jet Plumbing contacted the County and found out the requirements for installing a new leach system in our area. They also drew the necessary map and submitted it to the County for approval. Then, they came out with the necessary equipment and took 4 days to dig a new trench according to the specifications they had mapped out and installed the new pipe, rocks and other applicable parts to ensure the leach system would function properly. They disconnected the old leach pipe from our septic tank and connected the new pipe. Lastly, this was inspected and approved by the Health Inspector. After installing the new leach system, Jet Plumbing took all the extra dirt from digging the trench and spread it out all over the arena, which saved us money because the dirt did not have to be hauled away and the arena looks better than it has looked in years. All of the employees were very polite and made sure they closed all gates upon leaving our property and left everything in it's proper place. Very grateful to Jet Plumbing for all of their hard work!

They have done work before. The guy Jody is very helpful he tells me what the problem is and shows me how to correct the problem long term.

The appointment availability was excellent. They even called that morning to see if I wanted them earlier than expected due to a cancellation, which worked out great. Kevin was prompt, professional and explained what was needed and why.

I am covered by a home warranty insurance plan - and once the power was corrected to code, Jet was contracted to provide the service. Bill Garlick came out and surveyed the situation and went over and above to replace the unit through OHRP. They did not replace the entire unit, but ordered replacment parts instead. There was a 3 to 5 day wait after that was odered and I had already gone through 2 weeks without Air Conditioning. The part came in after 4 days and they came right over to install the parts. I again had air. In my opinion, that was some very good customer service. This was occurring during the hottest month here. Very professional and skilled.

Garbage disposal back up, spewing black oily smelly water into sink. My home warranty would not send someone out until the next day. Called Jet, just because I saw their truck the other day and the phone was answered immediately (it was after 6 pm when I called.) It did take the plumber over an hour to arrive and he was apologetic it took so long for him to arrive. He was 1/2 away finishing up another job. He was extremely professional, told me what had happened, thoroughly cleaned the plumbing, checked it, explained to me while he was fixing and testing what he was doing so if it happened again, I could fix it myself without having to call. He cleaned up after himself and even kept his shirt tucked down! :-) It was expensive but it was also an after hours call. I found it refreshing to find a company that would educate the customer so that the customer could make the next repair by him/her self. Disposal has been working great ever since. I would definitely use the company again.

They are really great. I like their availability and the service people are really great. You didn't feel like you were getting gouged. They weren't trying to add more to your issues.

This was my first experience with Jet Plumbing and it was great. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, so I called a good friend for a recommendation, and she recommended Jet Plumbing. I called at 8:00am on Tuesday, March 12th and spoke with Mindy (apologies if I incorrectly remembered name). I told her my plumbing issues and asked if there was any way that someone could come out either that Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. She immediately found me a spot and told me that Jody would be out on Thursday between the hours of 1:00pm - 3:00pm and that I would be receiving a call beforehand to let me know that he was on his way. On Thursday at 2:25pm, I received a call from Dee at Jet Plumbing to let me know that Jody was on his way. Less than 15 minutes later Jody was there. I showed him the toilet that needed the line replaced and explained about the issue with the washing machine. He immediately went to look at the sewer drain and showed me that there was water and explained that meant that there was a blockage possibly from tree roots. Jody explained everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions. After that was completed, he replaced the broken toilet flex. All of this took less than 30 minutes. After Jody left, I called Jet and spoke to Dee, to let her know what a great job Jody did and she assured me that she would let his supervisor know. I would use Jet Plumbing again in a heartbeat!

Jet Plumbing Heating & Drain Services is a sketchy. The workers were real unprofessional and terrible. They came to our house four or five times and the last time, we said no more. I just don't trust them.

I had 2 other plumbers not be able to fix this problem. I called Jet, gentleman came out and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes and no problems since. I called them again within 6 months, he fixed my leak and gave me some good advise for a bigger problem that he saw, that I was unaware of.

I thought I was supposed to get a free estimate, but then they told me they didn't do that any more. That was my first clue that I shouldn't have had them do the work. He was here almost all day doing the work, so it dragged on. I would not use them again. I thought the leak was fixed, but the next day the leak was back.

Tim of Jet Plumbing arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was punctual, efficient, professional, skilled, and friendly. His work was excellent, top quality. I admit to being rather compulsive-obsessive and a bit of a perfectionist, so for me to compliment Tim's work is high praise, indeed. We were quite pleased with the service we got from Jet Plumbing. We unequivocally recommend Jet Plumbing (and especially Tim) and will most certainly hire them to address any plumbing needs we have in the future.

We had been dealing with a leaking main toilet valve since moving in to our 1950s home. After attempting DIY projects with no success, we finally caved and called Jet Plumbing. I called at 3pm, the service man was out before 4pm. He was professional, very friendly and at my request explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done. It was the best $80 I've spent since moving in to this house! I would highly recommend them.

We had a pipe that was actively leaking outside of out house by the sprinkler system. They came out within 2 hours of my call. By the end of the day, the problem was fixed and they had returned the landscaping to looking normal like nothing happened. I was very impressed with their knowledge, promptness and professionalism.

We have been using them probably for about 15 years. They are very punctual, and always have someone out on time. Their price is in line.

Two visits and they did not fix the problem. Roto guys were friendly.They sure wanted to sell me a $10,000 new main drain on both visits. I rented some equipment from home depot and fixed it myself. I would not recommend this company at allm.

Skip the installer walked me through the process and we worked out all the options before he started working. Once he was done the area was clean. My family has been very happy with the new hot water heater.

Both experiences were very good. They were very responsive, and professional. I haven’t received their bill yet. Their prices are a little high, but they’re not bad. I would use them again.

First asked Bill about the problem of having to draw water for a very long time before it was hot. I inquired about solutions and specifically mentioned a small water heater in a close-to-the-sink location. He agreed that could be a good solution and we set up an appointment to have the work completed. We had to wait a couple of weeks as Bill was having surgery, but upon recovery he showed up as scheduled and completed the job well. The pull-out trash container and the pull-out drawer for storage of cleaning supplies etc. were left in place and the water heater installed so that everything is still convenient for use.

They were very good. I am very happy with the work. They completed the job for less than the original quote. I will use them again in the future.

not very well. told us we needed a new pump, not sure if we really did. we have the same problem, after paying $422 and now they want to charge us to come out and look.
