Description of Work: The plumber himself was great. Polite, efficient, professional, and did a nice job. It was also possible to get a same day appointment. The office, however, seems fairly unorganized. The office rescheduled an appointment (without telling me) to a time I couldn't be home, so I had to go several additional days with a bad leak. They failed to tell me that there was a minimum charge, so I ended up paying over $100 to have one tap fixed. Had I known about the minimum charge, I'd have had them address a problem with the irrigation system, as well.
