I am sorry to hear this customer is unhappy. Before any work is ever performed the customers are given a written estimate. They are not pressured or obligated to anything. No work is ever done without the customer approving the work to be done for the quoted price and signing our contract. We are contractors and we don't work on an hourly labor charge. If the job takes 30 minutes or 8 hours that quoted price remains the same. We offer a lifetime warranty on new gutter installation and six months on repairs. If this customer had problems a few days later like she says she should have called to have us come back out at no extra charge to see what was going on. If it was something we repaired that would have had a 6 month warranty. I have never received any calls from this customer other than this complaint about a year after the work was done.
