I had a job done with custom made gutters in august of 2014. Job went well at the time and price was in line with all other gutter companies. Miguel did a good job and did come back for a leak. But called in March 2017 for damage to a section of the gutter due to the snow. Wendy the women that answers the phone has totally been a problem and told me he doesn't do repairs until May. So we waited until May and has been giving us the run around since then. I sent her pictures of the damage and measured the piece twice and Miguel has never once called us. She told me that she would get a price for us and call us the next day but of course never did. It is almost the end of May and I made the call back again. She said I have a price for you and told me that it would cost $685.00 to replace a 12' section and that it would take him all day. This outrageous amount is almost the same amount as the original job around my whole house. I have contacted other gutter people and got other bids fixing that one section. This company will install ok, but if you need any other repairs they will take advantage of you I would just use another company and not deal with them.

Miguel came out and gave us a fair estimate. He came a few days later and did the work. He made great suggestions and listened to all concerns. The final product has been great!

The workman showed up right on time. While he didn't completely eliminate the drips, I am mostly satisfied with the work performed. Originally he quoted $180 for a more substantial fix. However, it wasn't as much work as he first thought and he was done in less than an hour. However, he still charged me the full $180. In other words, I was charged $180 for less than an hours worth of work. When I asked afterwords what was their normal hourly rate, I was told they charge by the job. However, if they find the job takes longer than estimated, I was told they will charge for the additional time (which is fair and reasonable). However, if they end up doing a lot less than original estimated, they keep the money. So watch out. I feel a charge of $180 per hour for one person is flagrantly excessive.

The project went well. He was on time and in budget to his original estimate. I will use him again in the future as he strikes me as trustworthy and skilled.

Their price was right in line with comparable work, and materials were good quality with a nice assortment of colors. Our gutters on the backside of our house had become extremely loose with the high winds. Miguel, tightened the entire length of the loose gutters. It already looks much more secure. Hopefully, the wind won't be causing any more damage in the near future. Miguel was on time and quick. I was able to use the Angie's List coupon o get 10% off the $180 estimate. They were here on time and provided us with great service and extra pieces of gutter to move the water away from the house. When we called him to check on a leak, he responded very quickly and was also here on time. There was not a leak, only a position of the gutter guard that we had put in.

They did a fantastic job. They customized the work to our needs on the day of the installation, and every detail was attended to. Their workmanship looked excellent, and I have no worries about the project.

An appointment was scheduled to provide an estimate. Miguel called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment time, as a previous job had finished early. He was willing to work with us, as we were uncertain if we wanted the whole house or only part of it done. He also had color samples. He provided several quotes. We opted to have the whole house and detached workshop done. Miguel and his team arrived on time, and worked throughout the day. Downspouts were placed in locations as appropriate. The team was very pleasant and thorough. The color matching was excellent - can't even tell there are gutters on the house!

They arrived to give us an estimate on a Sunday. But he explained t He brings the truck in case he has time to do the work. He did part of the work and was going to have to return for the rest. That would be scheduled for a couple of weeks out. But they came by and did it within a few days. The quality of work was excellent.

We received estimates from three gutter companies and like the response of Miguel the best. He came to the house looked at the problem gave us the bid and we said can you do it now and he did. While on the back of the house gutter he noticed the drain was clogged so he cleaned it. He also noticed a broken tile on the roof and fixed it. We would certainly use and recommend them to anyone. We had to have Miguel come back out for a small issue and he fix it without issue.

Our do-it-yourself gutters were a hopeless mess. The joins always leaked and in all the wrong places. We got tired of sliding over ice from dripping gutters in the front of our porch (north-facing). We got three estimates from gutter companies, but Miguel was by far the most professional. We had a place near our garage where we wanted the downspout to go to a drain that would run under a concrete walkway. The old gutters just discharged over the walkway, which made a constant pool of ice in winter. The other two gutter companies would not even consider digging under the concrete to install the drain, but Miguel was willing to do so. Even with the concrete work, Custom Made Gutters's bid was competitive with the other two. The job that Custom Made Gutters did was terrific. Miguel did lots of measuring and calculating to determine the proper number of downspouts for good drainage. He added two that we did not have before. The house had been constructed with too much roof draining into gutters that had too few downspouts, so we were always getting spill over. Custom Made Gutters was great to work with. They re-scheduled our job three times at our request to accommodate our exterior painting schedule and finally came out to do the work on a Sunday. The whole job took about 5 hours (including tunneling under the concrete walkway). A few days after completion, we tested the entire system with a hoses running full out. The drainage from all the downspouts they installed is great and there was no spill over from the gutters. The drain under the concrete works very well and provided needed irrigation to a row of pine trees to which it drains. We highly recommend Custom Made Gutters to anyone needing new gutters.
