"This company was called out by Sears Home Warranty ( Total Protect), they came out as a second opinion to another vendor who said I had not had my maintenance done. Naturally, the home warranty decided not to cover it the first time because their contractor said it was dirty so I was a bit scared to let them in my home since they work for the home warranty and it would cost me another co pay of $100. However, to my surprise they were actually really informative, and checked the unit in the attic which was not checked originally and told me that it was a problem with at thermal expansion valve. Therefore, they reported it to the home warranty and they finally agreed to cover it for me , they were out the same day and fixed the issues. Ultimately, this saved my warranty policy from being denied or closed out for me "not" upholding my part of the contract which is to maintain the unit, and it saved me money since the warranty covered the repair all for $100.00"
