We had heard good things about this company, and that they were good and professional. They did a fabulous job...it's like a work of art how they put everything in. These guys came in and they whistled while they work...they were very professional, very professional. They did one h*ll of a job...everything works perfectly, I've got a cool house. I am so happy with the job they did. No complaints at all.

They did a great job. It was a good deal joining the comfort club. Plus they give discounts on parts, and they have no problem coming out on weekends or holidays at no extra charge.

I would recommend them to other people. The two technicians who came out were helpful in showing me what the issues were, and also in showing me what to do for maintenance. They were very helpful. I would use this provider again.

Very punctual and professional. I called to get options on how to heat a cold room in my house. Tony assessed that my heater was improperly sized for the house and the ducts needed work. He was very thorough and gave me estimates to really fix the larger heating/cooling issues in the house as a whole. Because these involved entirely new systems, my budget couldn't support the amount of work at this time but I will be saving to have the work done in the future when my furnace and/or AC breaks down. He was very knowledgable and I think that if I had had the work done, it would have been done very well.

We had been talking about central air for a few years, but we never wanted to deal with the expense and hassle. Our swamp cooler broke at the end of August, so we finally decided to look into it. Some friends had had a good experience with Sierra Air, so we started with a call to them. Turns out, that was the last call we needed to make. It was the weekend, so we left a message. First thing Monday morning, Robin called us back. We had an appointment the next day to talk about our options. Kelly arrived at our home right on time. He asked lots of questions about how long we plan to live in the house and what exactly we need, and then presented the best, most cost-effective options for us. He did not pressure us at all to make a decision and said to give him a call when we made up our minds. We decided to get an efficient air conditioning unit, but we did not go with the most efficient because we don't know that we plan to be in our house long enough to justify the expense. We did, however, decide to buy a new furnace as well, to improve the efficiency of the system and reduce our heating and cooling bills. After a little additional research we realized that Sierra Air would be providing us with top-of-the-line products. We called back later and set up installation and duct cleaning for two days later. Sierra Air helped us secure financing that is interest-free with no payments for a year. We had to stop by the office to sign some papers for the loan, and everyone was so friendly. Kelly even spent about half an hour helping us figure out what to do with our dogs when the installers were to arrive (since we knew we would be at work). He was patient and told us his workers are flexible in this type of situation. The work was performed that Thursday, and we couldn't have been happier. Not only was our home much more comfortable, the installers stayed a little longer so my husband could get home from work (at lunchtime) to see what they did and learn all the ins and outs of our new thermostat. They also took the time to show us our old filters that were extremely dirty; this will hopefully inspire us to be better about replacing them in the future. From start to finish, this was a great experience. We definitely recommend Sierra Air!
