I subscribe monthly to a maintenance agreement for my three air conditioners and furnaces. Each season someone comes out to service them based on that agreement. The monthly fee is very reasonable and the work performed is well worth the assurance everything is running properly. Tim was extremely thorough; and spent an ample amount of time ensuring all was well. I would gladly recommend Sierra Air and this service to any of my friends.

Very well. Furnace replacement was a large job (modern endergy efficient 3 zone heater with need to enlarge return and exhaust lines.). Office advised us that job may require 2 days and asked that we schedule 2nd day if needed. Crew stayed late on first day and finished up. Crew was on time and very neat. They also kept us informed of progress and requested our permission for minor deviations from original plan. They also secured a building permit, which is required but not done by their competitors. Duct cleaning performed several weeks after furnace replacement and was done very professionally and on time. Again crew was very neat and tidy. Overall, am very impressed with Sierra Air. They are a quality business..

Went great. Kyle, from Sierra Air, Was right on time and started checking the unit out. Bot Kyle and his partner were professional and friendly. Knew what they were doing and were quite proficient at getting it done. Hope to have them back.

Amazing customer service! It was in the evening on Memorial Day that I called. The girl on the phone was so sweet and said she didn’t think anyone would be available but she was going to call the crew and see where they were located. She called back about 60 seconds later and said Dago would be here that evening. I didn’t think there was any way someone would actually come out that night! Dago was amazing, as well! I had such professional and friendly service through this entire experience. I feel confident that the a/c won’t have any further issues for a long time, and it’s working fantastic! I highly recommend Sierra Air, and would absolutely call them again if the need arose.

Greg Armstrong was my technician. He was prompt, professional, knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it, and I had heat!

It was great. Sierra Air gave us a same day appointment and the technician that came was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong, how he could fix it, and checked and double checked his work. He even saved us money over the original estimate. He made sure everything was working and clean and he did it in the pouring rain. Kudos to Sierra for hiring this great service technician!

Joe was on time, jumped right in to do the job, finished the job and explained everything I wanted to know. Very professional.

Service provider Duane Carlson arrived and made contact with me and I told him of my concerns and that the systems have not been service in twelve years. He did everything that I asked for and did take the time to explain what he was ding and what has been done and along with some info to avoid some of the issues he found.

EXCELLENT JOB DONE. The service Tech. Frank was very friendly and knowledgeable. Frank helped me solve a problem that had been caused by another repairman who worked for another company. He explained what had been done by the other guy and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Frank and Sierra Air to anyone who is in need of their services.

Terrific. Kyle called fifteen minutes prior to promised appointment time to say he would be here in ten minutes. Arrived as promised with a smile on his face. Kyle prepared our air conditioner for the season ahead, cleaned all our furnace filters and proceeded to garage and flushed our water heater. I asked Kyle about a cover for our air conditioner as it is beneath our pear tree and gets lots of debris. Kyle suggested he could order us a cover and we can have on hand this Fall when he comes back to get our heater ready for Winter. Kyle made a note in our file to lock out the air conditioner this Fall and to place the protective cover over the unit. Kyle is professional, polite, personable making us feel Secure we were in the BEST of care, made things Effortless on our side and we now send our Sincere Appreciation to Kyle and Sierra Air. We told Kyle he truly is a pleasure to work with as is Sierra Air. Kyle proceeded to say that he Loves his job and Loves working with Sierra Air. I truly shows. We placed Kyle's business card on on air conditioner and look forward to his visit this next Fall. Exceptional Customer Experience is well and alive! Thank you Kyle and be well. Les Reddick with Sierra Air was exceptional....service was perfect, very reasonable price, he went beyond to help get the job completed....I would recommend Sierra Air for all of your Home Comfort Needs.....they do it all....Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Thermostats, Air Conditioners and Air Purifiers..even Humidifiers....cleaning of all air duct systems...and dryer vents...I give them a Five Star Rating....

It went very well. I had Dan as my service man and he was very personable, explaining what he was doing and going over my service contract and actually found I had signed up for more than I needed. Thus, I am able to save on my monthly fee. I definitely found Dan and Sierra Air to be my preferred HVAC provider!

Great. Three gentleman came to do the service work. They all were very nice guys, very professional. They did not leave any mess, were very careful about moving themselves and their equipment around the house. We couldn't ask for better service. In reference to the rating for price, I gave the company an A rating. I did not shop and compare prices, but based on the quality of their work and the time they spent doing the work, I think the work was priced fairly. Their cost of service may seem to be high, but I made the mistake several years ago, in a different house, using another company who had a much lower price and I was very disappointed overall with the prior duct cleaning service. As they say, you get what you pay for.

PERFECT. Dan is awesome and professional. He explains everything. I would prefer when someone comes out that it is Dan and I will request that he come out. Thank you. Everyone that I have encountered at Sierra Air has been fantastic.

It went very well and actually very quickly. The serviceman was quick to respond and quick to repair the Problem and was very courteous and knowledgeable about his task. He was also able to convince me to have or purchase the little bit extra service that Sierra Air provides for the home care service and I purchased the service package. It's always better to be prepared than not.

Duane arrived right on time and got right to work. Our current filters were in good shape so he left me with replacements, which I appreciated.

Dan (the technician) was great! He explained how our unit works and inspected everything giving us feedback on all the important components. He was efficient and knowledgable. As a result we feel like we are in good hands and will remain in and enjoy the peace of mind in the "Home Comfort Club".

Very through and he explained what he was needed. Also, changed the air filter. I am very pleased.

Tech Mr. Richard Hilstad was very professional, explained what was being done every inch of the way. He showed me how the heater worked and all the parts he inspected. Replace the needed Heater Igniter part. The one in the heater was partially had turned white, it should be all black, as he showed me the new part. Of course I wanted it replaced otherwise mid winter the heater would not have worked, that would have been an extra $$ for a house visit! He had brought an air filter, I told him it was replaced only few months ago and it should be fine. But he said he would check it to see if that was the case. It was dirty, he replaced it. I have joined their Home Comfort Club so the air filter did not cost me anything and neither his services, I just had to pay for the Heater Igniter part. He also thanked me for having such a clean heater inside and out! As a woman I had never paid attention to heaters, A/Cs or anything else like that but I was happy how he showed it all to me. He took his time, answered my questions, set up the thermostated as I wanted. Previous services from the Sierra Air and their technicians made me a believer to have them take care of my house. Our house was brand new when we moved in on Feb 2004. Of course as years go by things wear out, need new parts. They are such a delight to do business with, I will be with the for a long time. Thank you Sierra Air!

Great, didn't realize it was the original system installed when the house was built (1973), it's 44 years old and it still keeps the house cool. But it's time to up grade.
